    Audio is awful. If it wouldng be such a hassle to return, I would have done it already. Using a sound bar to make it possible to watch tv.

    Horrible Service

    I have bought many Westinghouse tv's over the years and bought two of these at the same time in September 2015. Last week one of them stopped working as in would turn on and then turn itself off 4 seconds later without showing any picture. I called Westinghouse and they said, yes your tv is defective, but unfortunately it is older then 12 months so there is nothing we can do for you! WOW! I know, it was unbelievable. She said what I would suggest is for you to try and find a repair man near you and get them to try and fix it! WHAT??? I told her that I would not being doing that, because it is ridiculous that they acknowledge the tv is defective, but will not make it right! So I told her I would be placing the tv in the trash and buying a replacement that would not be a Westinghouse, nor would I ever own another Westinghouse tv. BUYER BEWARE!!!

    TV lasted 30 days then quit. Best Buys on line had me contact manufacture. Shipped TV to California. Got an email stating TV is defective. Have no replacement. Refunding all money less tax. So i'm out $60 and countless time on the phone, trouble shooting and packing TV back up. Never buy this brand again. Bestbuy.com customer sevice needs work too.
