    We are so far very happy with this purchase. Not sure about the other two reviews on sound because we have the opposite.. the sound is great! We have it set at volume “5” which is technically “low” and trust me it is plenty loud! Great picture and great price.

    Although it was new ( or they said it was ) it didn’t come with a remote! They said a universal remote would do. Setting it up was confusing.
