    This mandolin makes very short work of slicing and dicing vegetables and fruits. Quick to use and easy to clean. Warning - ALWYS use the vegetable guard - keep away from children.

    Very good slicing big diameter foods, like beets. Not great on carrots because they are small and fall off spikes.
