This is the best movie I seen this year so far. I'm glad j.k Simmons got an Oscar because he is great in this and so is miles teller.

Love this movie so much. What an intense and inadvertently hilarious film. JK Simmons is absolutely brilliant. A must see.

Was glad I was able to watch this movie finally as having a musician background. Teaches a lot of life lessons.

Not for the feint of heart emotionally. Wonderful character development and tension between JK Simmons and Miles Teller.

This is one of those movies you'll either love or hate, and that will be largely based on how prevalent music is in your life, specifically jazz. Story is compelling, acting is top notch (did earn an Oscar after all...). But, if you don't "get" Jazz, this isn't for you.
