Whirlpool makes the best brand of appliances and Best Buy was willing to compare in price the item and give me the price from another retailer that had it for a lower price thank you Best Buy!

Great looking MW had little issues with my cabinet but was able to work through isse.

Nothing special. Purchased this microwave more for the size and appearance . It's actually a bit overpriced for what you get. Light does go on when opening the door but is so dim that it's not very helpful for seeing inside. Keypad seems cheap and may not last long. Seems to cook and warm up food well.

Came with my house 5 years ago and replaced with same model.

I purchased this microwave because it fit the available space. It is very loud and noisy.

Cheaply made , paper wave director lasted 2 weeks. No reheat , cant defrost less than 1/3 of a pound , bad deal for a substantial price

This is a great looking microwave. I wanted it to go with other Whirlpool appliances we have in our kitchen. It looks great over the oven. I ordered a 30 inch trim kit (from another website) to go with it. Fits perfectly!

The door tint is so dark you can't see your food. You can't see water boiling or butter melting or anything.Other than that it worked fine for two years then the door switch went bad and the light,fan and turntable would turn on when you opened the door

I've used my microwave for "nearly everything you eat"! My whirlpool microwave has replaced a: convection oven, toaster oven, stove, rotisery, a grill; etc. It has done a great job for 3+ years of use. That's why i'm looking to buy the same microwave again!

I got this microwave oven for my work, and so far it works great. It is easy to use and clean up, as well.

Can't say much about it yet since we just unpacked it and started using it. It made some popcorn fine, heated beans well, boiled water. But it is a little noisy. That was a surprise and is the main reason it is only getting a 3. There is a initial load jolt when it starts, quiets down a little but is much noisier than the Kenmore we had. I would have purchased another Kenmore but they lowered their wattage for the size unit we need. I'm sure we will get used to the jolt but Whirlpool needs to come up with a little quieter unit. Also when buying one that is not a spec that I notice on any units. It would be nice to have a noise measurement to know what to expect.

Our builder bought this for our new house. 12 and 1/2 months after we moved in it stopped working. I was told the warranty was only for 12 months after purchase and I had to repair it my self. So I did. 2 months later it stopped working again. I called whirlpool and once again they said there was nothing they could. I thought microwaves lasted more than 13 months. I guess not whirlpool microwaves. Don't buy unless you only need microwave for 13 months.
