I received my new Whirlpool washer/dryer combo on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. I used it for the first time on Saturday(yesterday) and the washer door does not stay open to allow me to place items in the basket without holding it. There is a magnet of some kind on the underside of the dryer that it should magnetize to and it does not work. Today Sunday I've spend over 3 hours being placed on hold and transferred from the store to customer service to whirlpool to geek squad and back to whirlpool. And of course no one can help me! How is it 2020 and one purchase a major appliance that one does not work properly and made of quality. Not to mention a large USA store that seems to not be able to give any type of customer service or assistance to the customer. It's bad enough the guy in the store I bought it from had zero interest in selling me the item to now get additional no help service. Its no wonder everyone hates everything. I just want what i paid $1300 for to work properly but I might end up on Mars before that happens. Thanks best buy and whirlpool for a crappy shopping experience and for a horrible crappy appliance.

Horrible and I paid extra for installation which ruined my floor due to being installed incorrectly

The sales person was good. From there you failed. Hi was on hold for 45 minutes with some person I’m assuming in Indonesia to schedule my delivery after 1 o’clock one week prior to the delivery. The time was at 1 o’clock to 6 o’clock, the delivery guy shows up a week later At 9 AM. He refused to return by 12 or 1 PM for the scheduled time. Now it will be an additional four weeks before I can get my product delivered. You failed, your team failed.
