Have only had the microwave for a few weeks but so far so good. All I needed was a basic microwave to replace the old one that died. Installation was a breeze and replaced the old GE just fine. It’s slightly larger and I had to cut a new power cord hole which was well laid out by the included stencil. I did not have a vent to the outside and didn’t add any fir this install although it’s set up to allow a vent through the top or back. For now it just vents like the old one and that’s through the front on top out of sight which is fine for us.

I'm happy with this microwave. I purchased it to replace another that had gone bad. There's plenty of room inside the microwave. Would have liked a turntable off/on option; but otherwise, we're happy with it.

Easy swap for the broken one, perfect fit, good price. Installation to replace an existing unit is easy and straightforward, took less than 30min.

I recently had to replace my over the range microwave and took about 6 weeks to research. After many back and forth comparisons, I finally decided to go with the WhirlPool 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over the Range fingerprint resistant microwave, and I couldn't be happier. It was easy to install and works like a charm. I really like how the fan is automatically on when using, and turns off when it's done as well. I know that some people found it to be too dim when using the lights, specifically because the lights are in the bottom back of the unit, but I didn't find this problematic. So, so far so good! It's not too loud, and it works very well for the money I spent.

More expensive than average brands but it is worth.

My Kenmore had so many more features than this one. Also, the picture shows a rack inside and there isn't one. Pretty much just good for punching in time to cook. Fingerprints remain on the numbers and are hard to clean off so I started pushing numbers with a paper towel.

This microwave was much lower priced than it's competitors. It has all the same features, including stainless steel and it is very easy to use. We really like the digital controls and the easily accessible handle.

Looks great with the range and in the space. Easy to operate and quiet fan.

I bought this to replace my 20yr old Whirlpool microwave. For the price, it certainly is worth it. My only problem was the vent. Best Buy delivered and installed and they forgot to remove some part that allows for venting through the roof vents and not in the house. The workers even went in my attic to make sure that the vents were connected properly. I had no idea that it was improperly installed until we used it later in the day and it sounded like an airplane was taking off. Thankfully, they came back a week later to properly install the vent part. Didn't affect my rating of it though.

Nice size, it compact but I can still fit my biggest plate in it. Looks nice. I did turn the sound off because the beeping was a little loud. Considering the price I am quite happy with it, I’ve only had it for a few days though.

This was a replacement Microwave oven for the 14 year old one that finally died. It was easy to install in the existing slot. It is well built and quiet. All features function as they should. It isn't fancy like the $2000 models but I only paid $199 for it. No complaints

Great microwave, works as expected, easy to install. I would recommend and was a better replacement to my last one that this replaced

Easy to use & looks great in the kitchen. My only downfall to speak of is that the under light only shines down from the back of the microwave, therefore it doesn't quite light up my cooktop as well toward the front.

This microwave is the best & suits every need. Has a large area , and easy on the eye. Whirlpool will last forever..

Works great, was easy to install. Make sure you get the correct dimensions if it's over the stove.
