This microwave is very easy to use and looks great

So happy we didn't upgrade ourselves when shopping. All the extra bells/whistles aren't for us, so why pay for them? Still, I miss my popcorn button. Plenty large enough to accommodate oversized caserole dishes.

Bought this to replace an older model that stopped heating up my food. I was worried about the installation because im not the most hand. It was an easy swap. needs 1 or 2 other people to hold in place while another screws it in.

I bought this to replace an LG over the range microwave my wife initially bought, sure glad I did! This appliance rocks! No more burnt popcorn or sporadic usage times! You want oatmeal cooked for 90 seconds, it comes out perfect each and every time! Stick with the tried and true, Whirlpool Appliances!

This microwave is great for normal, regular use. You know - the typical popcorn nights, reheating food and/or coffee - things of that nature! I don't use the microwave ever to cook big, full meals but I don't assume it would be bad at that. A wonderful and large unit for the price!!

I was looking for a new over the range microwave for my kitchen, and saw that this model was on sale. I must say that for the price, it is an excellent microwave. The inside is large. It heats up the food quickly and evenly. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an economical microwave oven.

I've read reviews where it was said installation was hard or the instructions were confusing. Not so. So long as you read the instructions step by step and don't try to jump ahead, you'll be fine. You do need the correct tools, so expect to go to the hardware for some items. Nothing bad to say yet. The microwave does what it's intended to do. The Fan works good. ( my smoke detectors are no longer going off) And the light works excellent also. At the end of the day, it's a microwave. It cooks things the way a microwave is supposed too. The defrost feature works pretty well also, without actually cooking the meat.

I love this microwave except I do miss some of the options that I no longer have (e.g. popcore buttion, warm button, etc.) but I knew that when I purchased it. This was the only Whirlpool black/stainless-steel option available to fit the dimensions I needed. Great product overall.

I purchased this unit from a website. Sight unseen. I usually like to touch and feel first, but I went with my gut instinct expecting to be disappointed. This unit is well constructed, easy to install & more than I ever expected. Well worth more than I paid considering the other units I actually touched in the stores. I am VERY, VERY, VERY pleased!!!!

Mom & Dad's unit went bad. Found this unit the same model# so it should fit right in with no problems. Took the old one out, this one slipped right in. Works like new (which it is). Mom is happy. That makes a good day. Lucky Best Buy had this available and at a good price.

Got this microwave at a great price. The first one I purchased was damaged when I opened the package. Best Buy replaced it quickly, but I had to wait a few days for the new one to be shipped. I've installed a few microwaves, and this one was easily installed compared to others. It heats quickly and evenly and it has a very quiet operation. The over-the-oven light works very nicely and is just the right brightness. Inside is easy to clean if there is a spill. The keypad isn't too complicated and you don't have to hit a bunch of keys for just plain old heating. This is probably the best microwave I've ever owned and cost less than half of the last one I purchased. I recommend it whole-heartedly.

This microwave has worked well over the first month of use. It microwaves the food quickly and efficiently. It has the basic features you need including 2 different brightness settings for the light to shine on your stove. It has an exhaust fan that does the job it is designed to do. The one feature this one does not have that my old over-the-range microwave did have is that you are unable to turn the turn-table off. Since the turn-table is recessed (my old microwave did not have a recessed turn-table) this does not seem to be that big of an issue. Overall, this is a good microwave. I ordered from BestBuy.com and it came with a small dent in the upper left corner. Now that I have had it a month I hardly notice the small dent at the top. If you are looking for an easy return, you might want to pick this up at the store instead, because several people reported slight dents on the delivered item.

Purchased this over the range microwave to replace my previous one that stopped working. It was going to cost more to repair my old unit than to replace it. I found this item on sale, purchased it online, had free, quick delivery and have been extremely happy with it.

After having had for more than 5 years the old version of the same over the range microwave, I decided to get the new model for the simple use we make of it. I got it for a very good price and so far, after about 2 months, I am satisfied about my purchase.

We have used the microwave for several months now without any problems. Unit was easy to install and had a very nice appearance. We would definitely buy this unit again.
