However, the first microwave I picked up at the store was severely damaged. Returned to have yet a second damaged. My private installer was able to fix the dent enough to instal it. The staff at the store & customer service were extremely helpful. It would've been 5 stars if it wasn't for damaging. Best Buy needs to take better care of their deliveries.
