I was worried about installing this microwave, mainly because I had never done an overhead install before. We were replacing an old unit and I was happy to find that the install was relatively easy. Make sure you have help, it definitely can't be done alone. The display is dimmer than some units but over the past year we've grown accustomed to it. However, we did have an odd situation recently where the display stopped functioning. After about an hour it started working again. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again. The "finished" sound is different than other microwaves I've used but OK. Cooking has been very good. In particular the sense mode for potatoes is mostly accurate (larger potatoes usually require an additional minute or so for my taste). Prepared food cooks well, but as with most microwaves you have to do a little stirring to get even warmth. The compartment is quite large and we can cook just about anything without worrying about it fitting. The middle rack is pointless and we never use it. It just gets in the way. One bad thing is the stove light. It isn't very bright and didn't last long. I replaced it with an led bulb which didn't help (led = light em dim). While cooking, this microwave is louder than our previous one. It can be a bit annoying hearing it from another room. We've had this for over a year now and my overall impression is quite positive. There are some quirks, but it has mostly functioned great. Compared to others I have used I find this one to be a top-tier unit.

Very large and comes with rack! Weighs content to determine cooking time which has been very helpful!

This was to replace an exiting microwave. It was very easy to install and it has some great features.

Love this microwave, plenty of room, easy to install, looks great. Wish there was quick buttons though

Purchased and installed the unit to replace a 1.6cu unit that I was quite happy with for over ten years. Liked the bigger size, and the mechanical parts are quite nice. The problem is that after less than 6 months of use we got a F4E4 error. Replaced the humidity sensor. Less than four months later, same problem. I was told this very common, and that replacement would be necessary. Maybe they can bring me a different model??

Really like my new Whirlpool microwave. It has several nice features & the price was awesome.

Easy install. looks great and coating used (Teflon I think) inside of unit makes it easy to clean

For the money $215.00 it is a good buy. We have all Whirlpool appliances in the kitchen and are 7 yrs. old with no major issues. This replaces a whirlpool microwave that failed due to a touch pad panel. Was not worth the cost of repair. This microwave was 1/2 the price of the original without the frills. Works well. Don't waste your money on one with all the different settings. Keep it simple. Good buy.

I really like the ease of using this microwave. I like the ease and quietness of the door.

This microwave oven was on sale and it was Whirlpool. I couldn't pass it. I have a small counter top Whirlpool microwave oven. I have had it for about 20 years and still works great. Only problems I have had were that it blows the circuit breaker every now and then. I usually buy Whirlpool appliances. I have had good luck with their product.

I've had this for several months now, and we've been very pleased. It is easy to use and reliable, and cooks fast. I've tried the steam sensor option a few times. It does work like it describes, but it seems to take a lot longer with that feature (maybe it actually heats in bursts rather than consistent? not sure why). That aside, it works like it should.

I love this microwave! Did have to get used to not being able to push number 1 - 5 and have it start cooking for the amount of minutes of the coordinating number or the start button for 30 sec. But that is ok, I was finding myself accidentally starting the microwave when I did not intend to. I do like the 30 second button on it's own and that you can add 30+ seconds if you wish. It was very easy to install

Ended up taking a little longer to install since it was slightly larger than unit it was replacing and I had to cut down some tiles on backsplash. Great unit for the money.

This microwave has been in use for a little less than one month, and I really can't think of anything negative. So far it seems like a great product that does it's job.

The size is great. Like the turntable and ease of use. Interior wipes easily.
