Microwave had all the features I was looking for. Easy to use operating instructions and stylish features. Inside removable rack is a plus for microwaving multiple items.

We needed something new. We had a microwave above our stove top that we got free. This one was a good price and just want we were looking for. It looks great and works great. Not loud and would tell others to purchase.

This microwave is easy to installl. It is larger than my last one and can accommodate bigger items. It is very easy to operate and I like the unique chimes compared to my previous whirlpool. Works great.

It has a nice roomy size good for a large casserole dish, fan run quietly, and the stainless looks sharp above the range.

Replaced an Electrolux and it matches the other stainless appliances. Looks nice and it was fairly easy to install, although the template didn't quite match up. This Whirlpool is half the price, has similar features, a relatively quiet fan and works just as well.

This microwave is very easy to install and the size is perfect. I love how modern it looks and the notification when your food is ready is a really neat tune.. I would definitely recommend this product.

Easy to use microwave with some preheat functions programmed in. It uses sensors to make sure the product being cooked doesn't get over cooked. Display and sound at the end, is fine by my needs.

We had to buy a microwave after our old kitchen aid stopped working. I found this one at BB after searching the web. It's quite, big, functional​, easy to clean. We are happy we choose this one.

this whirlpool works great looks good so far let's see what happens in 1-2 years as I had a Samsung before that died on me in two years would not recommend a Samsung trying whirlpool let's see what happens

Easy to install, good looking and friendly to use.

Thus far I' m pleased with this product. I thought however that the operation was touch, but it's more like push buttons. Otherwise I generally like it.

Microwave has plenty of room, the extra rack makes it easy to reheat leftovers for more than 1 person at the same time. Works great and looks really nice with my matching range.

Microwave functions as expected. If you install it yourself make sure to inspect it before you get far into the project. I was hanging it under the cabinet before I noticed some damage to the outside of the microwave. Minor damage, but no indication on the outside of the packaging.

Big fan of Whirlpool products, so when. I moved into my new home I stuck with them. The microwave is nice, easy to use and quiet. Only wish the light under was brighter.

Love all the different settings. The preset for dinner plate and pizza works amazingly well. It uses a sensor versus just setting for time. Beautiful looking. Deeper than my old one so the cabinet door next to it does touch at the bottom corner when the cabinet is open. Can't really help that, not a big deal. Major item to watch for is the handle is metal so if you have the stove on beneath the handle gets very hot. Not sure why Whirlpool made other microwaves with a gray and stainless look when none of the ranges are gray so it wouldn't match anything. At least from the ranges I looked it. I bought gas, maybe the electric ranges match.

The spinning platter sometimes makes noise sounding like it is off track, when it is not and I cannot figure out how to make it stop. The good part is, there is a feature to have the platter stop spinning. I also like the removable rack and the sound the microwave makes when the timer is up.

It is a beautiful microwave with plenty of room and the beeping isn't too loud (which was a concern for when our children are sleeping). Would definitely recommend!
