Terrible purchase

There’s always a leak. Geek squad fix it in less than a year replacing with a new part and it’s having the same issue again.

Good second refrigerator

DO NOT BUY! 2 refrigerators broke in 2 years!

I purchased my first in 2021, in less than a year I had to be replaced. Got a brand new one, and AGAIN, within less than a year.. it broke AGAIN. That’s 2 refrigerators in less than 2 years. I’ve spent weeks on the phone with Best Buy, Geek Squad, and Whirlpool… their solution… repair the junk or send me another piece of junk. It’s horrible that these companies take your money for crappy alliances, then make you wait for hours for non-existent customer service.

The guys at the store went above and beyond pointing out the dents and dings, warranty information and return policy etc. Making sure I was happy with everything before proceeding with the transaction. It was already a great deal but they discounted the price even further when I didn’t even ask them to. As far as the fridge, I’ve only been running it a couple days but so far so good!
