Biggest problem is you need an existing drain in the floor or you have to drain it to pump that will pump the waste water to the drain of your choice. The drain hose provided is only about 4 inches. Otherwise, very good machine!

Everytime we open the door for more ice, it is full to the brim. Perfect little cubes of clear, clean ice. Love it
