This a great small refrigerator, plenty of space . Great addition for the garage.

Purchased this refrigerator for the break room at work. The size and capacity is excellent and the Whirlpool brand is one I trust. So far it has proven reliable and functions well.

Purchased this fridge for my dads apartment and the size is perfect. The inside is spacious and the the door opens and closed very lightly. I would recommend.

The unit came without an ice maker. A week after the unit was installed, Best Buy came out to install the ice maker, but they did not have the unit with them. I still do not have an ice maker. Very unhappy with the transaction.

I am quite pleased with the new Whirlpool. It has more refrigerator space than my 27 yr. old Whirlpool. It gives me more room in the kitchen, and I don't have to clean under it. The freezer is handy for items we want to consume in the week. However, I wish they would have been more specific about the 2 crisper bins. I'm not used to mixing greens and fruits in a bin. I appreciated the specific info about not covering air vents. Whirlpool has improved the design of the interior. It is easy to keep clean.

My old refrigerator died suddenly (after 40 years of faithful service), and I had heard good things about Whirlpool. Most of my search involved size (can it fit through doors and under cabinets) and price. I looked for price points across many sellers. Then I looked for delivery dates. Best Buy came out on top against them all. My model works quietly and effectively in the freezer and lower refrigerator. The interior layout was a pleasant surprise, as it was not a criteria for purchase. Delivery service was exceptional!

This unit was a replacement for a refrigerator that we purchased 8-9 months earlier at Best Buy. Went to the local store and picked up this new unit and had it delivered. Had no problems dealing with the store. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly .

This replaced my old fridge that stopped working. Great fridge. Runs quietly. You don't even hear it running like my old one. Very spacious.

We purchased this refrigerator (model WRT318FZDW) on December 23, 2019 and had it delivered on December 29 since we were out of town for Christmas. The temperature control was set by the person who delivered the refrigerator. We didn't load the freezer until a few days later on January 3rd or 4th. A couple days later, I got a half gallon of ice cream out of the freezer and found it to be mush. At that point I placed a freezer thermometer in the freezer and recorded the temperature over a period of several days. Much of the time the temperature stayed from +10 to + 20 degrees F. I contacted Whirlpool and a service was scheduled for the next week with Guinco. The service person from Guinco said he couldn't find anything wrong but replaced the defrost control which he said was often the problem. The problem persisted and Guinco was scheduled for a second visit. On that visit a different service person did a much more thorough examination of the refrigerator and said he thought it was low on freon, but had to order a part before he could take care of that problem. A couple of weeks later the part was replaced and freon apparently was added on a third visit. The freezer worked pretty well for several weeks; although, temperatures again reached 20 deg. F during defrost. Now however, it is no longer working properly. The ice cream in the freezer is again mush and that probably means that the other frozen foods in this freezer and not properly frozen. So tomorrow, I will call Whirlpool again. By the way, we have another Whirlpool refrigerator which we've had since 2017 and have never had a problem with it. This newer one is nothing but a problem.

This fridge itself works great so far - was purchased for a rental apartment. The first delivery crew from New Orleans couldn't get it up the stairs. Even took it apart to make it "smaller" but that didn't work. They had it turned the wrong way and wouldn't listen to reason, so I refused delivery. They came back with a different crew from Houston and those guys rocked! Got it up the stairs with no issues. However once it was inside and all hooked up - they gouged and scratched up the newly resurfaced pine wood floors!

Refrigerator is fine. BUT delivery people did not set up the door to open on the right side (with the hinge on left), per my written instructions. Now have to re-schedule to get it done.

This was cheap but works better than what I had! The doors u can have on either side is a great feature!

I really like my Whirlpool refrigerator. Lots of shelves and the fruit and veggie drawers are big and I like that they are see through so you can see what you have in them. I wish the humidity controls on the drawers were better quality.

Looking for a simple frig. This was the right price for this size frig. Price was $50.00 better than Home Depot.

The fridge and freezer are fine. There is a problem with the handles for both. Ours had to be replaced immediately as they arrived broken. They are just not sturdy enough.

Awesome little fridge for a family of 2-3. Fits in a small kitchen, an has great, convenient features. Love it!

Purchased this unit to replace and older refrigerator. Unit is quiet and has a neat adjustable shelf feature. It is a no frills budget refrigerator, but has features that you would expect from a more expensive model.
