The refrigerator is fine, a great value for the price point. But, the delivery and installation facilitated by Pacific sales is a totally different story. Not good at all, huge time waster‘s and efficient. First item delivered was damaged, their poor communicators, poor record keepers, and all-around cluster F*%&.

The Fridge is working fine but it did arrive with a dent in the side. Due to the new restrictions for delivery the fridge was only delivered to our front porch and we did not remove the packaging until we got it inside. One unpackaged we discovered a dent in the side. Our old fridge was dead and since Best Buy canceled our haul away request (Even though we had moved that to the deck) we were stuck dealing with too much to deal with going through the process of ordering another fridge and losing our food. It may be the last appliance I buy from Best Buy though.

Lot of space and has the adjustable shelf bin. The 4 settings in the lower refrigerator part is good. Food gets really cold, so it is great.

It works fine keeping food coo,l as I expected. I particularly like the way the draws slide out very easily, There is plenty of space to meet my needs. I particularly thought highly of the young men who installed the refrigerator.

as i get price matched same model from other store and glad they approved it and went ahead bought it and came delivery on couple days very fast in and out great job unpacked it and removed old one fit perfect and great energy saver and reputation well made to last thank u bestbuy for make my life easier.

Very happy with my purchase. I was hesitant about the wisdom of my decision because the model I wanted was not in stock, but the salesperson said this one was very similar and he was right. This model has plenty of space and it looks great. Great value for the price I paid.

The refrigerator is versatile in its use of shelving in the refrigerator but not in freezer section. The drawers are smooth but not in rollers.

This refrigerator looks better on the inside then on the outside. We added the ice-maker which is supper easy to install if you don't want to pay the extra $25 dollars (approx) for the setup. That also includes attaching the water line but both are easy peasy! The lower section is well light and spacious. For the money, you won't be disappointed.

We purchased this as a replacement, we thought it would be same size as previous unit. Same width & depth. We should have measured height. Good sale price, but smaller than unit replaced. Good for single/couple. Would not purchase for family of 4. We may move this to basement as backup and purchase a larger unit.

This is the best purchase for the price and quality!!!!
