The Refrigerator is fine but it has a dent in the front door. The dellvery guy said we could return it but it took so long to get this one!

Refrigerator does a good job and I am happy with it.

Refrigerator is deeper than similar sized refrigerators were a few years back, due to the addition of a water line connector (even though it does not have a water or ice dispenser). So it is too deep to fit through doorways that older 18 cu ft models have no problem with.

I was given a brand new refrigerator with a bad door gasket, it has a big gap on the bottom of both sides, and I was told that I had to go through the manufacturer warranty because I didnt notice it at first. The people that handle tge warranty are back up 3 monthes, so, if I wantbthe refrigerator ready for the tenants to move in, I have to buy and install myself. Thus is not the girst time Ive had issues with Best Buy, but it is the last

Really like my fridge, the only thing I would change is there is no "meat drawer" for deli meat, cheese etc. But I can use one of the bottom drawers.

Purchased this fridge because it was one of the few that fit in our space. The refrigerator started freezing everything after 1 1/2 years. The solution given was to move contents so not blocking the vents, change temperature, and make sure the door seals are sealing. None of which solved the issue. That's what you get for buying a cheap fridge... Pure Garbage!

Awful, awful fridge. On the first month, the fresh deli drawer broke. The freezer ices over. Last month, we noticed the freezer door doesn't close properly anymore. Just today, 18 months later the vegetable drawer came off because track completely came off. The fridge I replaced this with from the 1970s is still intact and running well in my garage. I cannot believe this didn't even last us 2 years!

Horrible refrigerator doesn’t get cold enough on the bottoms from day one. Scheduled to have it replaced they never showed up to take it back

This refrigerator is very noisy with very strange sounds. This is the second one as the first one was replaced, but this one is not as bad, but still very noisy. As I write this, it sounds like a train rolling over tracks. I am having Best Buy pick it up for a refund. I like the fridge, but the noise is just too much! Best Buy customer service has been outstanding regarding my concerns, but there is no way I could tolerate this noisy fridge!

Very disappointed. I have never seen a newer fridge which doesn’t have door shelves large enough to accommodate large bottles and milk cartons. Having to store those in the refrigerator itself robs you of so much space. Compared to the exact same size GE refrigerator I replaced, this one is much much smaller inside. If you’re a cook, and don’t just store cheese and drinks, you’ll be very disappointed. The lightbulb inside is too dim as well. Very surprised that Whirlpool would sell such a subpar product and that BestBuy.com would carry it.

Noisy. SOOOO noisy. We could hear the compressor 2 rooms over. We tried to get used to it but ended up returning it and buying a different brand ( that was so quiet we kept checking to see if it was running). Other items: the controls were in the way for items on the self; the door was impossible to clean.

STINKS . This review won't let you put in 1 star. Best buy will no longer be my go to
