My new refrigerator was installed in March, 2020 quickly and efficiently by Best Buy. It is replacing a 25 yr. old refrigerator. This new Whirlpool is so quiet. It has kept my food fresher longer. I love the adjustable shelves and bright lighting. I had to deal with restricted space and this model fits perfectly in my kitchen. So far a great success.

Was looking for a very specifically sized fridge to fit a small space in my condo, and this model was one of very few options. However, it definitely does the job! I love the bottom freezer compared to the top freezer fridge I had before, and I feel it lives very spaciously for the size. The fridge arrived with a small dent in the side of the fridge, which was a bit of a con. However, the delivery team was great - respectful, on time, quick, and very friendly. Two cons - I wish the front panel didn't have the screws, or concealed them more seamlessly. They look a bit cheap. The second con is that the fridge feels too mobile...it moves with me when I open the doors or close them. I'm wondering if that will improve once we do a larger grocery haul to replenish our groceries.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. We needed something only 30 inches wide max to fit in the cutout and I wanted a freezer on the bottom. This was not easy to find and with the delay because if Covid I was beyond excited when I found on Best Buy online and the best part it was delivered in 4 days. I cannot say enough good things about Best Buy their delivery personnel and their customer service. This will be my new go to store to buy appliances.

The opening in my countertop only allowed me to buy this size of refrig. Didn't want the water/ice on the door anyway, just more to go # This refrig. is very good and the lighting inside is very nice.; The freezer of the bottom is a plus because now I don't have to get on my knees to get out my last beer or find my last green pepper. The larger refrig. of the same style was 250dollars cheaper. This turned into a special order oh well it fit and that's all that mattered. Searched out the best price in town and Best Buy matched it and del. it for free. Gave the boys a nice tip cause they didn't damage anything when they carried it inside. Good job on a extremely hot day.

Very spacious, quiet, well arranged inside. A little expensive for this style.

Like the fridge/space itself, roomy and customizable interior, but it makes a constant humming noise that's not the compressor or ice maker kicking on (which is brief and fine), which was one of the reasons I got rid of my 15 year old fridge. It didn't happen for the first few days, then I went on vacation for a week and came back to it humming and it won't stop. My house is small so I can hear it everywhere, even when the tv's on or my office door is closed.

We love having the freezer drawer on the bottom after decades of having it at the top of the appliance. Roomy, well-organized, a quality appliance from Whirlpool. It was far more expensive than a similar larger appliance, which is confusing and frustrating and the reason I only gave four stars,

Love the bottem freezer. We purchased it in srainless to match our stove, sink and dishwasher. It runs quietly, the ice maker works great, I'm giving it 4 stars, due to the fact that whenever we open the doors the whole refrigerator slides away from the wall. My Husband put shims under the legs for a temporary fix. Otherwise we love it

My second visit to my elderly in-laws’ home (they live in MA, we live in FL) necessitated a change. They had a similar Whirlpool model with a top freezer. Never a problem with it (except one) during the few years they had it. The one problem was that it was an ergonomic nightmare trying to reach food in the refrigerated part. In that it’s the most often used part of the refrigerator, after bumping my head (and watching others do the same) on the freezer handle above one too many times, and after one day watching my 90yo father-in-law all stooped over trying to reach an item at the back of the fridge, it was time for a cool change! It had to be a white Whirlpool with a slide out bottom freezer drawer and not the swing out door style, Lastly although the previous fridge didn’t have one, I wanted it to have an ice making option. Even though in-laws don’t have the hook-up for the ice maker, they do use ice quite a bit. Of all the refrigerators available from Whirlpool as well as other manufacturers, some with larger capacities, French doors, water dispensers and such, even at a lesser price, this was the only refrigerator available that checked all the boxes. The Best Buy delivery men were very efficient and did a good job first assembling the fridge (while on it’s back) on the truck, and then bringing it in the home. They hooked it up, and the fridge came to temperature in no time at all. It has performed flawlessly ever since, and my in-laws are so happy with it! It’s been almost 3 months and they still rave about it. Although this fridge is .05 cu ft smaller than the other fridge, it seems to hold more and access is incredibly easier. The ice-maker has not been installed so can’t comment on it. As for noise, it’s not any more noisy or quiet than the one it replaced, It does have a hum while on the cooling cycle, but not such that It drives you crazy or where you feel like you can’t hear yourself think. It’s typical of just about any refrigerator I’ve ever been around if not in fact more quiet than most. Cons, you ask? It doesn’t have the butter dish in the door like the model it replaced (whoop-dee do), Well that, and if ever needed, it will take time to find the first aid kit since it been retired from the top of the fridge to the medicine cabinet. Bottom line, it’s a little more expensive than larger and more featured fridges, but it’s only one of a couple made by Whirlpool which comes in white, and has a bottom slide out freezer, The fridge stays at temperature, the freezer works great, and it’s just what the doctor ordered! ;-)

Love the fridge on top and freezer on the bottom. Makes it so much easier to see what is in the fridge. Everything is in full view and not hidden in the bottom or behind something. Easy to clean. No deep bending or kneeling to clean shelves or retrieve items. So far, no issues with storage space. The freezer drawer glides open easily and is enough space for my needs since I have a separate deep freezer as well. Love this fridge and I am very happy with this purchase.

Love it! Just what I wanted. The doors open & close like they should & not swing all the way out when opening. It also closes the way it should. I had a different refrigerator before this & it wasn't working like it should, this we were able 2 exchange within the time limit.

I was limited on space and wanted a bottom freezer and this fit perfectly. It’s well made and very bright light inside. I saw reviews about it being noisy but I don’t think so at all, very quiet. I wanted to add for others considering this model that when you open it at 90 degrees, the width is only about another 1/4 inch wider. I hope this review helps.

We are only about 2 weeks into having this fridge but so far we love it. It is beautiful and our first time having the freezer on the bottom. We were a little leery if it really would be roomier but it is. If there was an option to not have the ice maker included if you don't have a water hook up that would be perfect but even so it has plenty of space for our 2 adult 4 dog household. It keeps everything nice and cold and the movable door shelves come in handy for all those random sized condiments and odds and ends. The delivery was a breeze. They were kind, courteous and quick. Removing our old fridge and bringing in the new without any problems. So far we are very pleased.

It's a very good refrigerator. We had to downsize because of space and this refrigerator definitely fits our needs. I wish it had a water filter for the ice maker but otherwise it's a great buy. I would definitely recommend it

Couldn’t be happier with this Whirlpool Refrigerator. It’s spacious and well laid out inside to give great access to what I need. Very pleased with freezer on bottom which again provides plenty of room for frozen goods. Ice Maker works great and is very quiet.

Bought this fridge about a month ago, so far no issues. Works great and looks nice, its compact but has plenty of room inside. The only thing is sometimes makes a little noise when pumping water for the ice maker. Other than this, I think it's a great product overall.

Nice refrigerator in general, I found it to be a bit smaller than expected, although it fits the space well. It’s narrow. If I had been able to remove the top cabinet, I would have opted for a bigger fridge. I took out the divider in the freezer and it opened up more space. Ice maker is okay. Not noisy at all. We are family of three, so we just had to a little creative with storing food. But I’m happy I was able to get a fridge at the last minute.

This is a simple design, works really well so far. I feel it's a little overpriced but unfortunately we didn't have too many choices due to limitations on space in our kitchen.

The whole process was OK , until we had to have your erstwhile service dept come out and change the door. It 5 calls and 2 no shows by your people before the change was completed. As for the question below, I would mention to a friend your service needs improvement and should be a consideration it they were to buy a product from you.

Nice, basic fridge. Due to my space, I was limited on options. The upper fridge part is spacious, lots of movable shelves and 3 drawers. Bottom freezer is more limited. I don’t think it’s too loud and it blends nicely into my kitchen.
