Quiet and reliable. Fridge keeps cold and has been very quiet. Great buy for the money! Just don't count on the guys who brought it to take your old fridge away, even though you requested and paid for the service.

Easy to access both fresh and frozen foods. Bright LED lighting. The refrigerator is very quiet. Definitely a good choice for people who have difficulty bending down to reach the back. Of lower shelves. This refrigerator offers excellent accessibility.

With a bad back, refrigerator is perfect for me because freezer is at bottom and I don’t have to bend as much since I don’t go in as much each day.

I bought this refrigerator because I wanted a bottom freezer on it and because it was energy star rated and also because Whirlpool is a good brand appliance. So far I am thrilled with it! It isn't much bigger than what I had before but still seems to have more room. The comparison information I had for this one and two others were similar but this one did not say it had a couple of features that the others did but when I got it set up and was able to start putting stuff in, these features were actually in it so it was like a bonus for me! I also love that the freezer has a light in it! Love it!

This refrigerator is great for our small kitchen. The reviews was great for the price. The refrigerator has much more space than our old side by side. I love the freezer as well. It's about the same space as our old side by side. We like to freeze a lot of homemade foods, meats..ect. So we are now looking for a small freezer to meet our needs. Which we needed to do anyway. All in all perfect for our small kitchen. However, We just purchased it..so we shall see.

This refrigerator met all my needs and was quite easy to use and set up.

The functionality is good, fridge is cold, food is fresh. Ice maker is a little loud but that's not constant. I went to switch the door to open on the right which is when the headache started. In order to do so you need a special tip. Apparently they're called Torx tips. Once we got the door handle off we discovered the pull handle had already dented the door front because there is no gasket or anything. If I wanted a dented fridge I would have paid half the price for open box! Whirlpool is supposed to come out tomorrow and take a look. We'll see what happens.

This refrigerator fits my space perfectly and I love how it’s not too big and the freezer in the bottom.

A good product with an overall good design. However, the anchors where the shelves attach are at equivalent spacings. It would have been better had the anchors been spaced unevenly -- to account for modern bottle and package sizings.

We needed a smaller refrigerator to fit the space that we have available and this one fit just perfectly. We like that the shelves are adjustable, this was a big reason that we chose this refrigerator. It looks very nice and we love the bottom freezer.

This refrigerator makes so much noise, I can't be in the same room with it and do anything else. I've had 2 repair people come out, but they just say it's normal. It's so loud, I can't think. And that's not even when the ice maker goes on. It just whirs and whirs. I tried to return it, but by the time the 2 repair people had come, it was too late. It's really been driving me crazy. If your kitchen is far away from any other room in your house, or you don't need to focus on anything else while you're in the kitchen, it may be fine. But I live in a fairly small apartment and often use my kitchen table to do work, which is now almost impossible. Additionally, the disposition of the shelves makes it so that it's hard to have more than one tall item in the main body of the unit. I would never buy this refrigerator again. But I guess I'm stuck with it now. Do yourself a favor and buy something else!

I wanted a white refrigerator with a bottom freezer door that fiit my townhouse space. I researched and found the Whirlpool would probably work. It did and I love it More importantly, best Buy was the only store of the four places I looked that were willing to place the order. Everyone else said it was not available ( not in their warehouses) and tried to convince me what they had would fit. They were wrong. Best Buy on Rt 1 Alexandria ordered and delivered exactly as promised with excellent installation staff. Thanks

Love the size of this fridge, slightly smaller which I wanted for my condo. It makes a lot of noise so I’m disappointed in that

Love the well lit, flexible interior. Door stays cool as advertised (milk on door lasts). Love having the fridge on top. Ice maker works beautifully. For a small space that won't accommodate many of the high end (larger) fridges, this one is a gem.

Can’t seem to regulate temperature. On factory settings it went to over 50 degrees during the first week. Had to throw food out. Seemed to settle down but temperature swings from 31 to 41 all the time. Increased temperature to 5 (colder). Still have temperature swings
