So far, the fridge looks really nice and is working fine. The part that is difficult is trying to store items like a larger bowl of potato salad or pot of soup. No room! I made soup and ended up having to store it in multiple individual containers. I could actually put the entire pot in my old fridge. The freezer space is very limited, but meets our needs as I never store frozen meat. In the fridge, Milk containers just barely fit on the top shelf, and juice bottles don't fit. The slide back shelf helps accommodate, but then shelf space is lost. We use the gallon door storage, but gallon containers take up too much room otherwise, so we only now buy one at a time. The only thing I don't really care for is the fact that the doors don't always close properly, so we are trying to get in the habit of checking for sure every time. There is a door alarm, but by 5 minutes, I'm long gone away from the fridge. All in all, I'm happy with the look and everything! Only time will tell if it will continue to perform well. Ask me again in a few years, and if all is still well, I would bump up to 5 stars.

Overall very satisfied with the purchase and delivery team. Only complaint so far; We had to wait 6 weeks for delivery and when it arrived there was some external/cosmetic damage that looked like it was repaired at the factory. We accepted it only because we did not want to wait an additional 6 weeks. Picture of damaged area attached.

I am very happy with my refrigerator. I really like the French doors with the freezer on the bottom. The shelves and drawer fronts are clear, so at a glance you can see everything that you have. It runs quietly and fits perfectly in the small space I have. I have not found any negatives to my purchase.

I have a small kitchen and had a small opening to work with. This was the only French door compact enough to fit without moving cabinetry. My old top freezer fridge was three inches wider though and had a few cu ft more of space. I was worried that I wouldn't have enough space in this one. Boy was I wrong! How did Whirlpool engineer such a compact design with so much interior room? It's amazing! I put all my normal stuff in and have room to spare! The LED lighting is beautiful and the digital controls look great and are so easy to use. The door alarm has saved me a few times already. Its great to be able to put the things I take out most often on one door, and just have to open that door up to grab what I want. I did not hook up the ice maker because I know too many people who've had leaks in their kitchen from the water lines, so I can't comment on the ice production. But the freezer is so deep, I am able to keep a bag of ice in the bottom without suffering a loss of food storage, and fill up the large ice tray with enough ice to last me for weeks. I don't know how it'll hold up in the long run, but I'm sure it will last a very long time. All my other appliances are Whirlpool and they've always been great!

My wife loves the refrigerator, especially the part about the freezer being on the bottom. She has wanted one like that for a few years. It makes it much easier for her to retrieve items out of the bottom of the refrigerator part.

Overall it's a very good refrigerator compared to the competition in this size range, so my complaints are more "nit-picking". First, the fold-away shelf to allow tall items is something the competition does not have so that's a plus, but it would have been more useful if that whole side of the shelf could be removed; now you have a spot behind the tall items where things get hidden. Also, the "main door" is on the right, this tall item area is on the left, which makes no sense at all since you have to open both doors to get to the tall items, which is usually milk, drinks, etc. Door pulls are much higher quality than other brands, solid metal! As I said, overall very high quality and features, just a few small ietms that keep it from being perfect. Whirlpool, are you listening?

It you have limited space in your kitchen, this is the frig for you. I was concern with large items, but with adjusting the shelves, it worked out great. Plenty of space inside.

I am very happy with this purchase. Perfect fit in my kitchen. There was a small problem with getting it into the house, but delivery team did an amazing job, They even removed a door, moved a bookcase and replaced it all with no complaint and in perfect order. Everything inside the refrigerator is visible at a glance and extremely quiet. . Love the freezer on the bottom.

It is not that huge or big and nice to use. And fast shipping!

I bought it for a rental unit. I would never buy one for myself. It has too many compartments for this and that. I like open shelves. I have a Samsung in my unit with open shelves and appreciate the space for me to place things. This unit has French doors and I will never get one with them for myself. I simply do not like them - my opinion only - many like them.

I love the refrigerator the freezer in the bottom is so much more user friendly and holds more food then the one I replaced. I also like the French doors for convenience.

We were looking for a refrigerator that had the French doors and bottom freezer. It has an ice maker in the freezer and you can get water out of the inside of the refrigerator. It's nice because the way it's set up it doesn't take away any inside door room.

Whirlpool refrigerators are wonderful and the stainless steel French Door model is the best. The layout is perfect for my use and it fit nicely in the smaller spot in my kitchen. The look is super classy too. I should have bought it a long time ago.

I bought the refrigerator May 29, but was back ordered till July 17 so have just gotten it in so have not had time to really get to know it well. I know that I am going to like it, is a little smaller than my old refrigerator so am going to have to experiment with arrangement of items in the refrigerator. I really like the double doors and the fact that I won't have to "stand on my head" to see what is in the bottom since the freezer is on the bottom with a pull out drawer.

I was hesitant to order a French door fridge with bottom freezer, but so far I really like it. It will take me a bit of time to get it organized so that it works efficiently for me. I’m used to the traditional shelving and door storage. I had heard/read reports sof this being a noisy refrigerator. I didn’t order the water dispenser or hook up the ice maker. Don’t know if that makes a difference, but I find it to be very quiet.

My fridge choices were limited due to the space that it had to fit in. This unit did not have the best reviews but again, I was limited as to what I could purchase so I purchased it anyway. Best Buy delivered and set it up, hauled away the old unit and I could not be happier! Works and looks great.

This is a good french door fridge for a small space. I like that the shelves are spill proof and flexible. You can move them up and down to create spaces with different heights. Same with the shelves in the doors. I take one out on the side to allow for tall items like milk and wine. Also the two shelves in the freezer makes it easy to store and find items there. Of course it keeps things cold. Two quibbles: 1. The shelves in the doors are in the way when you want to remove a shelf in the body of the fridge to move it to another level. It's just really tight to move them around. 2. The freezer drawer doesn't automatically close all of the way. You have to give it a push at the end to make sure the seal is tight.

I love it. I only had a apartment size before so its great to be able to put all my food in it.
