Bought this fridge for an extra fridge in the garage. It completely meets my expectations.

We bought this fridge brand new from Best Buy. It was delivered promptly and on time. However, after using it for just a few days, we noticed that the temperature was not getting low enough. I set the thermostat to the coldest setting, but it still does not get below 40 degrees. Occasionally, it will get down to 39, but it never gets any colder. I contacted customer support, and they told me to wait a few days to see if it would get any better. However it hasn't. I would not recommend this refrigerator.

Not enough shelves on door. Should be a trey to hold ice in freezer but there is not

I have had this unit 30 days and have had to call in for service twice. Best buy delivery team damaged the drywall in my house brining the unit in. Guess who won't return my calls or stand buy their product

the freezer compartment which is frost free , keeps freezing up it looks like snow in the freezer had a repairman come once, waiting for a second repairman, not happy so far with whirlpool

I ordered this refrigerator and had to call geek squad because the door creaked when ever you opened it. The repair man couldn’t figure out what was wrong and they had to end up swapping it for a new one.
We are constantly working to improve our appliances and our service, and it is only through feedback from customers like you that we are able to do so. We have documented all of the concerns you have mentioned, for review by our managers and engineers. Our managers and engineers do regularly review our files, to look for areas in which we can improve our products. We know that can be disheartening; especially when you have just purchased a new and you have high expectations for it. We’re sorry that we are not meeting/delivering these expectations.
