My son complains that it is kind of loud when it runs, but I don't have a problem with it. The instructions could use some help. We have been unable to install the panel on the front bottom. It won't clip in properly. Also, the instructions say to install something to keep the upper drawer in place - but they don't picture the part and they don't tell you how to install it. Frustrating!

This refrigerator has so much room in it. It keeps everything very cold. I am very pleased with this purchase

Extremely satisfied with this refrigerator for many reasons. Especially like the large freezer capacity allowing stocking up on frozen products as well as home made foods. I was originally considering the purchase of a small chest freezer but not now necessary. The interior of this appliance is perfectly designed...for ease of accessibility and view of all items. Particularly, also, the left to right center sliding storage draw allowing placement of various size purchases easier. Again, perfect appliance for my family needs and excellent value.

Great refrigerator for the price. A few years ago I thought I needed an expensive refrigerator. I was an idiot. You need a box to keep your food cold, nothing more. Get this unit. Works great. Runs quiet. Perfect CHILL.

Run very quite, plenty of room in the freezer and cooler box. Easier to organize than our side by side

Perfect size for a family of 4. Am absolutely in love with this refrigerator. Great size lots if room and great lighting. Not sure why people say it's loud. Not loud at all. And on the plus side a great brand.

I liked the fridge my mom really needed a new one since the old one was dripping water from the freezer to the fridge area. So I'm really satisfied but when I went in the store to check the fridges out the display had a ice dispenser but when I got mine delivered it didn't have one so buyer beware make sure to ask about it first. I didn't really mind it because it was a big upgrade for my mom . Other than that they didn't have any in store so they delivered it to my house and it had very minor scratches and it seem like it was in storage for a good while, the delivered people where amazing by the way . :)

This fridge is the perfect size for our family. It runs quietly and has plenty of storage. I also wanted a fridge that blended into our kitchen with out being a large focal point. You can't go wrong with this fridge.

I tried to get larger Whirlpool top-freezer refrigerators and paid for one--black, newest model and was told they were out of stock and cuoldn't get one until Fall---the didn't say the year. I was really frustrated and Pat at Best Buy in Liberty, MO found me one. I love the the refrigerator I just widh it was larger. I know better smaller to prlace the one I had leaking on floor daily many times from bottom freezer. I really like this refrigerator if it was a little bigger.

The product worked very well. It has cooled the food as expected. It is quiet and fit well in our kitchen.

I used samsung Refrigerator french door style, almost same size. but i had to change it after 2years, because samsung Refrigerator keep freezing the produce inside. i tried to temp. up , but it won't work either. I hope this whirlpool Refrigerator won't have that problem after 2 years. but so far is ok, and the size is more convenient , and bigger inside. It feels that this whirlpool is more well organize inside the Refrigerator.

WE'VE BEEN USING THE FRIDGE NOW FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS, AND IT DOES A GREAT JOB OF HOLDING TEMPERATURES IN THE FREEZER PART AND FRIDGE PART WHERE THEY SHOULD BE. ONLY PROBLEM WE'RE AWARE OF IS BALANCING THE FRIDGE SO THAT THE LARGE DOOR WILL CLOSE ALL ON ITS OWN IF YOU LET IT GO. OTHERWISE, IT'S WORKING WELL. WE HAVEN'T TRIED TO ORGANIZE IT YET.

no complaints on the product- basic refrigerator price point is good Bought it for a rental Although it would have been nice for Best buy to have asked about which way the door should open, and communicated to the delivery guy/installer that there was no ice maker so he didn't hook up the water line that ended up dripping water for weeks until we went in to check on the property and found the carpet in the bedroom on the other side of the wall was sloshy with water AND had to pay for someone else to go in and switch the direction the doors open

Standard fridge. Perfect for our needs. A little noisy for a brand new fridge but it’s good.
