The updated lighting in the refrigerator is a good improvement. The Whirlpool refrigerator runs very well with enough room for all food items needed.

Bought this frig as a backup frig. The size is perfect for what we needed, the freezer area is smaller than others and the refrigerator part is nice & spacious. The only complaint is that it's difficult to keep clean, the outside doors get stained easily. On our 1st weeks of having the frig a part needed replacements, the warranty covered it.

Great size and sturdy shelves.. keeps everything really cold. And I love the fact that you can later add the ice maker inside

The Whirlpool Refrigerator is working great. I have a 40+ year old Whirlpool side-by-side, and it is still working as good as it did the day we bought it. Actually it saved us during the time our 11 year old (other brand) refrigerator started heating instead of cooling, and when we bought and had installed our new Whirlpool. If it is 1/2 as dependable as the old Whirlpool, we will be satisfied.

We needed a second refrigerator and this is exactly what we needed. Lots of space and works fantastic. Excellent price point.

First of all, I had to purchase a refrigerator immediately. It was a week before Easter when my 9 year old refrigerator stopped working. I went online to find a refrigerator with a top freezer. My previous one had a bottom freezer and I did not care for it. Two things I have found that I do not appreciate are one, if you put something toward the back on the bottom shelf, it freezes. Yesterday, when I pulled the deli drawer out, the mechanism that holds the shelf snapped and it cannot hold the deli drawer. Overall, the drawers and shelves are cheaply constructed. The refrigerator is only 4 months old. If you have it for a garage/basement extra storage refrigerator, I think it would be good, but if you want to use it in your kitchen daily, I would look for something better. As I mentioned, I had not choice due to the pandemic and had to order online without seeing the product in person.

The refrig is just what we needed, it fit in the available space and it has all the capacity we needed. The installation crew was excellent.

I bought this refrigerator to replace the drinks refrigerator in my garage. Although the description says it has LED lighting, the freezer has no lighting, which is bonkers to me. The shelves fit in such a way that if you put anything a bit heavy on it, like multiple drinks, the shelf bends a bit and wants to come off the support on the side. The plastic drawers are thinner and junkier than my old refrigerator. Wish I hadn’t bought this one

BestBuy has a professional Team for my Refrigerator and they did a great job with delivery and Installation. It works also very well.Love my Whirlpool. It is tough to move out when you have stairs and obstacles but they know how to do the job. I would never think anyone other than Best Buy for appliance purchases. Very good service and trouble free installation. Thank you Best Buy we love you.

This fridge replaced my still working 35yr old Sears Kenmore. I wanted a no frills fridge. Less things to break down. This fridge fit the bill. Its whisper quiet. Per cubic feet its the same size as my Kenmore but the way the door shelves are designed some fridge space is lost. There are only 4 cooling choices. But overall I'm happy with this fridge.

We love our white, top freezer refrigerator as our 2nd fridge. It looks great and is spacious - 20 cubic feet - plenty of room in freezer, refrigerator door and shelves.

Love this outside of the funny noise it makes. I have been creeped out a few times when it's running. It's like someone is trapped inside the fridge screaming and slowly dying. I have never heard a fridge make that noise. Other than that it works and does the job.
