We love our new fridge! It is bigger than our original one. It does have low hum every once in a while but I don't mind it. The delivery people came in and out under 20 minutes to install everything, I was very impressed with everything!!

A "no frills" fridge with decent capacity and shelving without all the unneeded pricey extras. Maybe not the quietest model, but not as loud as an aged and failing ~15-yr old model we had to replace with this one.

I love my new Whirlpool Top-Freeze Refrigerator. The only issue I had with the product is the delivery guys made a small dent on the refrigerator door. Otherwise, I'm enjoying my new refrigerator.

Purchased this whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy and im very happy I did!!! I absolutely love my refrigerator! The delivery and service was exceptional!! I will definitely purchase from Best Buy again!

I replaced a 23 year-old refrigerator with this one. This one is quiet and serves its purpose as a second refrigerator. However, it is not made nearly as well as the one I replaced. The shelves go all the way across and cannot be split to accommodate more food/drink of varying height. Very little place for taller bottles/ drinks. I hope it lasts as long as my first one.

Freezer doesn’t not keep ice cream frozen, other items are fine, but ice cream is soft

it is overall a good refrigerator. It was installed in our home professionally and seems to be producing as billed. The only thing I don't like is the very thin vegetable ,plastic storage bins. I am afraid over time they will crack and break. Other than that , it is an attractive appliance & has worked as I had hoped- keeping the food cold .
