Previous I purchased double door with freezer at the bottom. At first I was worry about the size not so big but I am happy with this one. It has a big space and so as a freezer. Delivered and installed. Can't complaint anything but happy buyer

This is a very nice refrigerator to replace the old one. I would have given five stars unfortunately there was no icemaker available because everything comes from overseas. We are very pleased with our purchase and hope you have many many years with this item.

I purchased this fridge for a rental property upgrade. It's affordable, looks great, and does exactly what it should. Be sure to buy stainless steel cleaner as it spots quite easily

This is a roomy and well laid out no frills refrigerator... best value at best buy on a refrigerator in my opinion..

We needed a 2nd fridge for the garage to store extra food and this fit the bill. Large top freezer space and roomy refrigerator space. Only downside is the door shelves in the refrigerator are fairly shallow.

While the refrigerator works adequately, it is uneven. Both delivery guy and store sales person told us this refrigerator does not have any way to level it (i.e. no adjustable "feet"). If we wanted the door to open the opposite way so that it wouldn't wildly swing (because it was uneven), it was another $50 to get the door handle/hinge moved and required an "installer" visit in addition to delivery charge/person. And finally, while it has the fittings for it, there is no ice maker. it is a separate purchase AND another fee for an installer to come and install it (adding several hundred dollars to initial cost).

Chose this model for it's large capacity freezer. It is used in my basement for "extra" storage space.

I've only had it a month. It works, I don't find it any more noisy, than the older Side by Side I had to replace. Lots of draw backs, because of height space available due to overhead cabinets, it limited what I could purchase. I wanted a side by side. Even though it occupies the same space as my previous refrigerator, it doesn't have the refrigerator or freezer space as my older Amana. Quality isn't what it use to be. No egg tray, the slide in drawers are small, plastic and don't look like they'll last for a long haul. The only good thing for me, it seems to be doing the job, and keeping things cold, but I have a major problem due to a smaller capacity. It's a shame manufactures no longer offer quality products, the technology was there in the past, but no longer.

Good size refrigerator, stainless steel looks good.

Shelves do no divide in the middle. difficult to position shelves for maximum use with larger items such as pitchers and have easier placement/stocking of other smaller items

Love the refrigerator... plenty of room for everything. Not happy with the “ad on expenses” for having the doors reversed. Especially when other stores DO NOT charge. We are senior citizens ... a little help would have been appreciated. My husband did reverse them and saved our hard earned money.

I wanted a Top-Freezer without an Ice-Maker and no front display. I found Whirlpool with very reasonable price. There is lot of room both in the Freezer and the Refrigerator sections. Ideal second Freezer-Refrigerator for a large family.

The door has a defect on this model. Doesn't close properly and opens very easily without any effort. Bought this fridge at Pacific Sales in Burbank, which is about 60 miles from where I live. Since PS is part of Best Buy, I went to my local BB. They had the identical fridge in Stainless Steel (which is what I bought) and white. They both had the same issue. Also saw this identical fridge at Lowe's and it had the same problem. If not I liked the fridge. The space, price etc. Finally returned this and bought a LG at BB.

Very nice refrigerator. Lots of room and we are pretty happy with it. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is because it has a hum.

Excellent refrigerator!!! Very spacious in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments!! Lots of door storage in the refrigerator space and I love the deli drawer and both of the vegetable and fruit drawers!! I am so happy to have bought this refrigerator for my daughter and her fiancé!! Great buy!!!

It works great. We have no complaints. Any sounds are unnoticeable.
