This is a pretty good refrigerator. I’ve got it in my garage and it stays perfectly chilled. My two complaints are it does not have a light in the freezer and there is a plastic cover on the vents under the front door that snaps on and it has fallen off twice. It’s not a huge deal I just snap it back on but the fridge is less than a month old and It’s kind of annoying. Besides that it’s a solid fridge.

My old Amana refrigerator was dying. So before it completely gave up the ghost, I did some research and found this replacement. I also found the best price at Best Buy. I love this refer. Though it has the same outside dimensions as the Amana, it has much more room inside. It is quiet and seems to be very efficient- will see how the electric bills go. The delivery guys were great and were even a little early- a plus. I don't think you can go wrong with this refrigerator if you need a basic, roomy, appliance that does the job.

I love this refrigerator. It’s much roomier than the last one. The glass shelves and drawers makes it easier to see what’s in it. The adjustable door shelves does wonders when you need more room for your jugs/bottles. Also the deli/meat drawers saves you from digging through the fridge for the smaller items.

Fridge was excellent. We had to buy a Best Buy Membership to get the sale price but it was worth it. We also had to finance the fridge with a best buy credit card to get the sale price. The interest on the credit card was 31.5 percent. The fridge works excellent so far sometimes the refridgerator part gets a bit too cold. The fridge only comes with 4 door shelves so buy another one online if you need it. They are very easy to buy online. Freezer pard works perfect and does not build up any ice. If you notice a hot spot sometimes inside the freezer this is normal and keeps ice from building up and the fridge does not have a light in the freezer so just get a magnetic shelf and keep a flashlight in it.

The appliance is a good value for the price. The storage drawers are a bit small, especially the middle one, but it does have plenty of shelf space. The surface aesthetics will are not great with a few scratches on the freezer door but any owner not obsessed with “house beautiful” will appreciate it. Otherwise, it is a good choice for a second refrigerator in a garage or man cave.

Purchased to replace old refrigerator that only lasted 6 years, limited space in my tiny kitchen and this model fits a very tight space. So far at 1 month of use works fine. Con: No light in freezer. Delivery was quick and professional.

It does what a refrigerator is supposed to do, keep things cold or frozen. It is reasonably quiet and well lit inside. The laterally sliding meat drawer is handy for customizing its position. The large produce drawer is a bit annoying in that it tips when it is being closed. It has good energy efficiency and Whirlpool is a reliable brand.

Ok here's the deal.. I recently purchased a whirlpool fridge from bestbuy..I had to replace my old fridge which was 16 years old. It also was a whirlpool,it was great never any issues. The problem with the new one was on the fridge part it never went below 40 degrees and it was on the max setting and that had me really concerned, now granted I'm a 2 person family so there wasn't a lot of stuff in the unit. And of course I didn't read the reviews on the unit before the purchase and yes Best Buy was going to trade it out with brand new one! But the day before then new one was going to be delivered I canceled the order cause I read the reviews on it and there were a lot of complaints on the same issue I had which was not cold enough! So I went with a different brand! And also to add I wanted the swing of the doors to be switched and when the installers did this the fridge door would not seal correctly! What a headache it became so I had them switch it back and in that process the installer stripped some screws! So I had to ( as the customer) use my tools and got the stripped screw out my self!! Remember consumers these installers are contracted people and I'm not sure if they really know what they are doing so please beware ! Now I'm not knocking bestbuy for this but it's the product they are saling to us the consumers !!! So yes I'm not happy.. yes I will agree it was a great price but the overall quality sucks!!!!

Bigger capacity but takes up smaller space than old refrig. Cooled fast once it was set up. Like that they removed the old refrig.

Ordered this for an elderly relative. It fit nicely in their kitchen. Two surprises: finish was not fingerprint resistant, and there is no light in the freezer area. Other than that, it is a great appliance. The installers were FANTASTIC. At the time we ordered, we made sure to add a note that we'd need the handles switched - these guys came prepared to do the job.

Purchased my new fridge a few weeks ago. It has plenty of room, with an adjustable temperature setting to keep things very cold. It’s a standard, no frills refrigerator with good lighting. Very happy with this product would recommend this fridge to anyone looking for good quality at a reasonable price.

This replaced an almost 40 year old GE refrigerator for my garage. I went to get the 18.3CF model, but got this one for only $50 more. Plenty of space The shelves work well and are adjustable. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the freezer does not have a light. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have it.

This is one of the biggest fridges that I could fit into my kitchen. I didn't want a french door or bottom freezer fridge. This fridge is huge compared to my old one! The reviewer that said that this fridge was loud clearly hasn't had a fridge before. My old Kenmore sounds like a 747 taking off compared to this one! You can hear a slight hum when it's running, but that's not irritating to me. Just tells me that it's keeping my food cold. Matches perfectly with my new range and dishwasher!

Works great, runs very quiet. Lots of room with adjustability in shelves is very useful.

This is the 3rd Whirlpool Refrigerator bought at Best Buy. The 1st one lasted till just after the warranty expired. The second one was bought in 3/2015 and was still under geek squad protection and after 8 trips to try and fix it Best Buy decided to replace it. On another note the 2 bad refrigerators were 19.2 cubic feet. I upgraded to a 20.5 Cu Ft Whirlpool refrigerator. So Far so good. A bit noisy but everything is cold in the refrigerator and frozen in the freezer. Hopefully 3 times the charm!
