This refrigerator is perfect for 3 people. Not for large family. Stainless steel finish takes a time to polish out hand marks. I do not believe this is Energy Star rated which really is not cool. Very quiet. Ice features and electronic panel work well. Would have rated 5 if Energy Star rated.

Counter depth was perfect size for a smaller kitchen. The ice maker only makes noise when it drops ice. Ice bucket not as big as the non door type ive makers.

It seems to run ok... Did notice times when it turns on and then immediately turns off... Not sure if it is a problem. Three or four weeks old. Loud click after dispensing water... Not sure if that's a problem ...Can be what they call water hammer.. Everything is new. Inside is enough space...

Great refrigerator at a great price. Love the ice maker and ability to get ice from the door. Storage is better than expected for counter depth refrigerator.

I didn't previously have a counter depth refridgerator and it stuck out from the wall opening quite a ways. I didn't even know about counter depth refridgerators before this. This one fits so much better making the kitchen look more clean. I was worried that I would miss the extra space, but so far haven't at all.

Searched for a counter depth, stainless, side by side at multiple locations. BB has always been there for my tech, but I have never purchased an appliance there before. Great experience (delivery, scheduling, installation). The fridge is quiet, but mine is built into an area so maybe I just can't hear it. Great ice cubes. Prefer them much more than the crescent shape from my prior fridge.

It is a counter depth model and has more room then our previous one. It has all the features that we were looking for. Other reviews said that it was noisy, but we've yet to experience that. Runs much quieter then our previous counter depth.

Ample space in both refrigerator & freezer sections. Stainless steel appearance looks great. Ice & water dispensed from inset in freezer door both taste good.

I am really enjoying my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It fits perfectly into my kitchen, and looks clean and modern. I've had no problem with any of the features, and it makes plenty of ice for my needs. It runs quietly, and the counter depth design works for me.

i like the ice dispenser and water dispenser and all of the shelf space.

This is a very attractive, counter depth refrigerator offered at a very good price. The monochromatic stainless steel is handsome..

When running, this fridge is a beast. But it does shut down, which was nice compared to a recent Frigidaire that I bought. The size was too small for us. A lot of the shelves were hard to use due to where the light coverings were, but not bad if you don't have a big family full of food.

We have a small kitchen and wanted a counter depth refrigerator. This fit perfectly and gave us the extra space we needed in the kitchen. The ice maker in the door opens up the freezer adding more useable space. But the lack of shelfs does not take full advantage of the extra room. It could use another shelf or two. Over all very satisfied.

It's pretty much direct replacement for the previous Kitchen Aid fridge (similar layout and capacity). I was limited in choices by the dimensions of the opening in my kitchen. I like the LED lighting (much brighter than my old fridge), the shelves and drawers are not the highest quality but not as bad as some other fridges I looked at. The water filter is easily accessible (unlike the old fridge). The icemaker is inside the door which frees up some space in the freezer. The water dispenser has nice fixed LED and has enough room for a taller mug (again unlike the old fridge). The biggest disappointment is that they didn't include enough shelves (especially door shelves). I will try to find online if I can buy some more.

Looks good, Easy to assemble and comes well packaged to protect it. Good fridge freezer for the price.

The Whirlpool Refrigerator WRS571CIDM is great but has limited capacity since it is a counter depth unit. The ice maker is inside the freezer door which does allow for more space inside the freezer area.

This has great flexibility with shelving to create any amount of storage needed. Controls are clear and easy to use.

We were worried about a little smaller size than the one we had but it is perfect. There are only two of us. I like the counter depth which does not stick out into my small kitchen as much.

Works great. Love how small the crushed ice is. Good for slushies.
