However, all of the areas that a customer touch (handles, etc.) feel rather cheap. The doors don’t close very securely without paying attention to how much force is used when closing them.

Beautiful fridge for small space

Delivery was great, no problems. Really nice fridge for a small kitchen needing a 30" fit w/height restrictions also.

Lasted a little over a year

Whirlpool customer service wasn't up to par. I just wonder if this was a lemon or if they're all not up to snuff. Please if you do decide to purchase this product get the best buy warranty with it. The cost of the repairs was equal to the cost of a new machine. Examine the capacity also. Even with shelf changes its not very practical.

Also the freezer drawer does not open with ease it seems to get caught on something every time we open and close it.

Loud motor

Once we purchased it took 2 weeks to get it delivered. It is really loud compared to the fridge we purchased 10 years ago. That’s why it received a 3 star rating
