Awesome. It has so much space for such a smaller refrigerator. It was installed for us and they took the old one away. Highly recommended

The refrigerator is great, but the bottom piece to the water dispenser is missing. I bought this “open box”, but the piece was there when I purchased it. I’ve stopped into the store and talked to a salesman who doesn’t seem to think they can do anything. I’ve asked the saleswoman who sold it to call me, but she has not.

I wish you would have had a 19.7 French door with water and crushed ice mode. Otherwise it was fine.

Love this refrigerator! My only negative is that the ice maker takes up a lot of room in the freezer compartment.

I like my refrigerator I like the French door and I love having the freezer at the bottom it’s great also the color is good and fingerprint free.

Freezer as delivered can't hold a frozen pizza without reconfiguring

This refrigerator is perfect for my office. The features are what we need.

The installation was and is yet to be done as written in scope of work. Not leveled and doors out of alignment. Same installers came twice and did nothing and recommended I contact best buy for new refrigerator. What was more confusing it was the same installers and they said they had never been here before. They were not the original installer. Lie.

Extremely difficult to adjust shelves in tight space. All in all a good product for a single .

This is a modern looking refrigerator. A step up from the old styles. I enjoy the freezer being at the bottom. The temperature is great. I recommend it.

Defective product, ice machine leaking on floor, next 2 attempt at delivery both replacements were damaged upon arrival! 3 attempt was accomplished for various reasons and product returned. Attempted to reschedule product was out of stock until September 1, 2021. Went to Best Buy store I made exchange for a different product and was delivered to my satisfaction within five days.

So far I only wish the water dispenser was a bit deeper to prevent spills

old fridge quit. threw away alot of food. went to find a replacement. went to two stores and then best buy. looked at many refers and salesman went out of his way to help. the store closed any he stayed with us. A+ for service.

My refrigerator is beautiful and the only reason I am giving this a 3 out of 5 stars is because of the long delivery process and the miscommunication from Best Buy's end of when my Refrigerator would actually be delivered. The tedious delivery process caused me to miss multiple days off from work.

I like this model much more than the ones that have the refrigerator and freezer side-by-side
