Both purchases were value orriented. They were installed to my satisfaction.

Easily the most difficult refrigerator I've owned. Hard to organize, hard to find anything. Very small. Freezer part is ok. Bought to replace my Samsung. Would not recommend. Too many filters to replace. Weird ice maker. Drawers are difficult. Everything about this refrigerator is difficult to use. Not very satisfied.

Fridge is fine but I have to keep it at the coldest setting just to get it to 40 Fahrenheit which is the bare minimum temperature for a fridge. The middle setting should really get it to 40 with the colder settings allowing me to go below that. So far Whirlpool customer service has not been that helpful but I'll re-visit this review if I get any solution.

Refrigerator don't get that cold but stores are nice the freezer get cold it's just a refrigerator don't get as cold as it should be

The snack drawer is a perfect height for my toddler son!

I just bought it so I would see later. But by the time I been using it is all good.

Worst fridge I ever had. Freezer drawer quickly iced over, especially around the ice maker. And minimal available space for your food.

This has to be the very best small refrigerator with all the features you would find in a regular size refrigerator.

I am extremely upset with this purchase! I’ve never had or heard of an issue with Whirlpool items before! My fridge was delivered on Feb 5th and on March 1st (not even a full month) my fridge died. When I called Best Buy they were very unconcerned since I hadn’t bought an extended warranty from them. The agent basically told me it’s not their problem, I would need to call the manufacturer for a repair. I would never buy an appliance from Best Buy again!

Pleased with the product however the space at the bottom could be designed better.

Fits a small space, but overall poor quality. Doors stick and fall out frequently. Filters are hard to access. Shelves collapse easily and foods end up spilled.

The new Whirlpool refrigerator-freezer was delivered & installed to my apartment unit kitchen 3 days before the 2022 Thanksgiving holiday but the motor was creating a louder than normal noise only a few minutes afternit was plugged in to the wall outlet & my handyman/plumber/electrician said it was a defective appliance. The retailer's warehouse driver & technician was informed so an appointment was scheduled to remove & haul away the appliance 15 days later. The payment was refunded.
