The refrigerator is absolutely great! I love how well it runs. Best buy not only installed it, but removed the old one for me as well. It came with a bonus gift card. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase.

I dont know who assembled this fridge but the quality control is horrible. As mentioned on the other reviews the quality is bad. The doors does not sit straight nor line up to each other. Also has a annoying continuous clicking noise around the bottom by the compressor. The fridge has been plugged with the water line for 24hr to cycle the ice but it has made 2 ice cube only. When taking delivery on the product and plugged in the delivery guy said we had a bad fridge and reported it. Was supposed to get a call back but never did from best buy. Bad service on best buy end. I got a bad fridge sitting in my kitchen now and nothing has been done yet from best buy. I thought whirlpool was a quality brand name product but I guess not. Buyers beware when ordering this product.

We love this fridge! As empty nesters, we downsized to the smaller fridge, which takes some time to get used to, but the overall design and capacity are perfect! The fridge is lovely in our space, which my wife loves, and I am a huge fan of the external ice and water dispenser rocks.

Very nice fridge, efficient cooling and nice to look at. Had it for about a month, and things are running smoothly.

Great refridgerator so far. Replaced an extremely old 20+ year old refrigerator. It seems pretty roomy for the for size. Only gripe is like with most is the uneven doors.

Excellent quality. Easy to program and and beautiful appearance inside and outside.

I got this because my old fridge stopped making ice, except a large mass in the bottom. This one started ice within a couple of hours, and they’re real cubes. There’s a little less room in the freezer, but I’ll take the trade. Plenty of space on the refrigerator side. I’m very pleased with it.

Love this refrigerator, It has good shelf space in the fridge part but it is slightly lacking in space on the freezer side. This doesn’t bother us because we have a separate chest freezer.

Was excited for this purchase and I had a terrible delivery expensive including them not removing all protective skin. The fridge makes loud motor noises. My fridge is NOT level and wobbles. The doors are also not aligned properly; one door is higher than the other. Drawers do not move easily and tend to get bound up.

Very happy with the purchase, it works very well, especially the ice dispenser, and it fits well in the space.

Freezer little small. But great so far, 3rd party install sucks. They damaged the back side bring it in. Front wheels do adjust for leveling.

We had excellent team remove and load our new refrigerator. They called half hour before and were right on time. They were polite and professional handling the refrigerator and applying the water for ice maker. We were impressed with their service and have had terrible service with others to do work for us.They renewed our view of this generation.

Had it for two months now and its awesome! Never have any issues with the ice or water dispenser and it stays pretty cold. Be careful turning down the temperature in the fridge because it can freeze your foods on the too shelf!

Unfortunately i have a wall on the left side of the refrigerator so it’s very difficult to access the freezer but overall it worked wonderfully. The ice and water dispenser works great! I’m glad that I can open the fridge and get water at the same time. It stores a lot of food. Overall good design. Wish they make one without handles sticking out

Super satisfied with my new refrigerator it fits perfectly in the space and works like a dream hopefully this one will last longer than the previous one.

I was hesitant on getting this fridge but love it and so happy I purchased it. I was limited to the width and wanted a side by side. It's been a month and so far everything is perfect. Highly recommended

It’s a World name it stands up to any other fridge raider. The size of it is an excellent size. I like that it’s energy saver. It cuts off when you open the doors not right now and it sells more than any other fridge raider good price they just had a nice sale. I brought one I’m happy with it.

We couldn't wait for the LG, our fridge died. This was the only refrigerator available with an icemaker/water dispenser that could easily fit into our 1955 San Fernando Valley galley kitchen layout at the time (pandemic supply Issues). The fridge is okay for its price. My gripe is the water dispenser/icemaker. It needs to be wiped down every other day. If you use the crushed ice feature it causes the icemaker to block up when you go back to cubed ice. I have not wiped down the dispenser compartment for over a week and this is what it looks like today. In all fairness, our last fridge cost $2500 in 2010 and it was a much nicer fridge and I am comparing this refrigerator to that one.

DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL. I bought 2 microwaves, 2 refrigerators, a double wall oven, range hood, countertop stove, and dishwasher and have had problems and trouble with everything except the range hood. Leaky dishwasher, A Microwave that will not beep, noisy compressors on refrigerators, missing insulating foam on this refrigerator, ovens that don't bake evenly due to hot spots, smart technology that is not very smart and gas stovetop that leaked. This is not the quality that I was accustomed to in previous years. I like the idea that, for the most part, the appliances are all made in the USA, but their quality has gone downhill significantly and their customer service is garbage. DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL!!
