Good refrigerator for the price point. Freezer is small. Time will tell if this holds up better than our last refrigerator which was a Samsung and had to be replaced after 4yrs.

Great side by side. Whirlpool make a very great unit and this is one as well. Cools perfectly, lots of space, bright LED lights to see everything inside. Only drawback to this is the cost of replacement for the water filter cartridges. Overall, Very pleased with purchase and product.

Refrigerator is a little on the small side as Whirlpool design has a trim piece on the top facing outward that is 2 1/2” high to give the appearance of it being taller. Why not give the customer the taller refrigerator in the first place instead of a plastic trim piece. Also, shelves are a little too narrow and larger items barely fit. Temperature on the colder settings causes frost damage to vegetables and ice in things like sour cream if placed in the rear of the refrigerator. Whirlpool needs to put a little more quality in their refrigerators, especially the under 23 cu ft models. What has happened to Whirlpool quality?

I bought this refrigerator and thought I was getting a bigger one than what was delivered. The freezer part is really small. Overall it fit well in my space from my previous one but had to go back and get a different fridge because it’s too small for a family.

This is a nice size for a small household. I like the extra lighting and glass shelves. I also like the choice of ice size. It is somewhat problematic to place pizza boxes in the fridge, but its not a big deal. I got it for a great price and hope to enjoy it for many years.

Older refrigerator is on its last leg & the ice maker died so I was in the market for a replacement. Found this one on the Best Buy website and it fit my limited demenitions perfectly. Ordered it and was notified every step of the way & it actually arrived a day early. I was notified about its arrival so I went to the local BB to get promptly loaded up. The refrigerator has worked flawless so far with probably my one minor complaint. Under the ice & water dispenser there is not much to catch any extra water so it usually runs down the front of the fridge. I've just learned to await the last drip before removing my cup so really a mute issue now. Freezer side is quite small and refrigerator side has limited shelving but with the small dimensions I was working with I knew what to expect with a side by side.

Honestly, its a great refrigerator. Only think i dont fully love is the size of the freezer side. Still giving 5 stars because its great and runs amazingly. Has crushed ice and whole ice options, the ice and water locks so my 3 yr old doesnt play with it. Its a great buy, just wish the freezer side had a little more room.

This is a great machine if you have a space that can't accommodate more, which is the situation with a lot of kitchens in older homes. It is beautiful, compact and mostly well organized. I knew when I bought it that the shelves were not adjustable, and honestly that's a real pain. It would have been such a simple fix for the folks who designed it. I took the advice of another reviewer and removed the top shelf altogether, and that worked terrifically for my husband and I, who, like most people, need a taller space for taller items. The door shelves are fine, and can be adjusted within limitations (again, would it have been so hard to make them completely adjustable?), but they aren't enough for the tall items that this household of 2 plus dog need. Still. It's a beautiful piece, the ice and water work terrifically, and I'd buy it again.

Good standard refrigerator, nothing fancy. However, quite practical

The fridge and water system portions of this product are great. The fridge is much larger than I expected but the freezer space is limited. If you're someone who likes to stock your freezer, this isn't for you. Other than that it's a great fridge!

It works super good! Gets super cold! The only thing I would like better is the freezer to be bigger. Probably a good video to view it in the store and not buy off website.

This refrigerator is slim and compact and has a very affordable price to go along with it. My only complaint is the freezer is really small. If you are ok with that then this refrigerator will give you years of happiness.

like the large refrigerator section. Since we have a large freezer we didn't need the large one on this model. Like this well enough that we purchased another one. same model

I received my refrigerator and was disappointed because the freezer light was not working and the refrigerator door was not even with the freezer door. Best buy was really quick to replace the refrigerator and so far it is better than the first.

This fridge might be small, but it seems to have just as much room as my last large refrigerator. The freezer room continues to amaze me. It looks magnificent in my tiny kitchen. Fingerprints and water drips wash right off. And the water and ice in the door are awesome. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

A little different design than my last fridge. Getting familiar with the shelving and set up. Can be a little noisy at time but overall works ok.

This refrigerator is wonderful. Especially the fridge section. It's roomy and has lots of adjustable shelves that are very strong and sturdy. The water and ice maker are also great. The only complaint I would have is that the freezer space is a bit small. It's a trade off though. If you know you need a bigger fridge section and you want lots of features and strong shelve surfaces and can do without an abundance of freezer space, then you are making a great purchase. The only other thing I need to say is that I've never had a refrigerator that had better seals. When I shut the doors, it's like a bank vault closed. What does this mean. Whirlpool didn't skimp on the quality. It's a very solid, well built refrigerator.

Terrible!!! Second time ordering this refrigerator because 1st one came damaged and missing the can caddy that is advertised with it. Besides not being able to hook up the new water line because the shutoff valve wasn’t behind the refrigerator. To make it right with me I was told I would get the new refrigerator, they would install the new water line and I would get the can caddy that was supposed to come with it! The guys that delivered it were very professional and nice, however they said they knew nothing about putting the new water line/shutoff valve in behind the refrigerator and this refrigerator didn’t have the can caddy like promised either!! Plus, I’ve been noticing the refrigerator randomly leaks where the water/ice comes out!!

Ice maker was slow at first but other than that pleased.
