Curious that I have been asked to complete a review when I already did so. Guess that explains why I never heard anything. The water does NOT come out of the dispenser in the door and it appears a shelf is missing in the freezer. I found some of the instruction materials in a snow bank in front of my house. These may all be on the seller and installer not the manufacturer.

Freezer shelves to close together & top shelf to low- since it doesn't move it's wasted space. You have to stack frozen food to high. Also we did not get the grill cover for the water well and when we called they sent wrong size then when we called back they said they don't make a cover? Talked to 4 different people at whirlpool and got 4 different answers. Frustrating!

Has a small ice maker.... not much room in the freezer

Fridge is very nice for the price, only issue is the drawers get stuck every now and then. Everything cools very well and ice and water works great

I love my new refrigerator! The ice and water in the door work really well, can have crushed or cubed ice. The lighting in the frig is also great!

Got a good deal on scratch and dent model.Keeps everything cold and fresh.Less internal space than it seemed in the store (especially the freezer)The ice/crushed ice /filtered water option on the door works great and is used frequently..The shelves get fogged from time to time which is a bit of a concern.Did buy the 5 year warranty in case this becomes a larger issue.

This was an ideal size for our condo, and had all the basic features we were looking for-ice dispenser on door and side by side fridge and freezer.

Freezer is smaller so far working great. Just wish it was larger or I had more room for the larger fridge.

I love my new fridge it was a big upgrade compared to my other fridge. Only thing the water filter is a little nosy but it's toleratable

Very tiny freezer space, If crushed ice is used does not empty in shoot and freezes then no other ice will pass through.

Nice looking refrigerator, but the shelves are a little small. Had company over, and the food didn't fit on the shelves like in my old fridge.

We were unlucky at first as our first fridge was a lemon and did not get cold enough to keep our food cold, but Best Buy worked with us to get a new fridge and even gave us money for our spoiled food. The second fridge works great and we are very happy with our purchase.

It still takes getting some used to for a side by side. The freezer is too narrow. We were limited on height and this fits the space.

This unit is functional and attractive. Although the stainless steel finish is easily smudged it cleans fairly easily. I like the arrangement of shelves and drawers. The water and ice through the door occupies some of the freezer space but the remaining space is adequate.

This refrigerator/freezer is worth the money I paid for it. Despite being a little smaller than the one we had, it is doing well keipng food cold in the frig and the frozen foods frozen. In fact it is doing a better job than our old one. It is worth the money.

Great product, bad service. Whirlpool is always a brand to count on for quality.

This refrigerator was the perfect fit for my kitchen. Slightly smaller than the unit I replaced. Plenty of room and the smooth finish makes it much easier to clean and keep clean.

Overall whirlpool made a good product. It was difficult to find a side by side with water dispenser that fit the 33" wide mark. Performance is good so far.
