If you have a tight space, do not get this unit. You will not be happy with the freezer side. The refrigerator side was OK with no major complaints, but the freezer side is ridiculously miniscule. Could not even store a week's worth of freezer items for a two person family who rarely eats at home due to work and school schedules. Ice in the door worked good, water in the door dribbled out and was tepid at best. If you have a small space, you are better off going with a traditional refrigerator or a french door unit.

This refrigerator is great. It has tons of space. I love the storage in the door. Can fit several gallons of milk. Stays cold and the freezer is spacious.

Having had a fridge that was here when I purchased my home,after five years it conked out. I definitely needed a new one. I am extremely pleased with the Whirlpool.

This was my first side by side refrigerator and was concerned about the size. Once it was delivered, the size was satisfactory and all items were nicely organized

I am so happy with my refrigerator, the lighting is amazing and it's not overwhelmingly big for a side by side refrigerator.

Biggest problem was that ice doesn't stop when you pull glass away, therefore goes all over the floor. Had a service man out, thinking there might be an adjustment. No adjustment. He called Whirlpool and asked if it had been an issue. The person said that their customers want ice to come out "fast and furiously" and that we should use a Slurpy Cup. Another problem is that there is a rim all around the shelves, preventing you from putting things close to the walls.

I needed a 33 inch refrigerator and this one works great.
