bought a new refrigerator and set an install date. got within 100 yds. of my house in snowy weather and turned around. set new date. they do deliver but leave with water and ice not working. after hours of navigating best buys phone system get a date set for service. more poor weather. they couldn't get there but never called to tell me. promised a $50 best buy card. (haven't received!) they never rescheduled. i had to hire someone to come out and get it working.

It's a nice fridge but unfortunately for the price it's not that great. I went through a lot of trouble getting this fridge too so I'm hoping to find a replacement somewhere else before my 14 days is up.

I exchanged a Frigidaire for this Whirlpool because the ice maker was defective. I thought I was getting a better brand, but this one is even worse. Causes a considerable amount of frost in the freezer. Repair man order a part but said he never saw this problem before. Defect????? Product Recall????????

I was limited by space so I had no choice as to what I could buy. I did not see the refrigerator in person. The push button system is nearly impossible for me with my rheumatoid arthritis. It is painful to push the buttons, really painful. I think I got a rejected machine as a wheel was missing. I told the delivery men to take it back and they would not do it. I am very unhappy with Bestbuy and their service. The one delivered is smaller than the one I ordered.

The size of the kitchen space was limited so we didn't have many options. When it was delivered the panel was already not working

Poorly laid out space, items get buried in the back. the saving grace are the drawers.

When the refrigerator was delivered, the handles on both doors were scarred. The deieiry people noted it on their paperwork, and I called the sales person who said he would do something to rectify it. NOTHING has been done. Do yourself a favor and NEVER shop at Best Buy!

the ice dispenser locks up and freezer space is tiny

I was told when ordering this product that the doors were textured. Had I known that the doors had a smooth finished, I would have never bought it. I will have 2nd thoughts before ever ordering anything from your store again. I am very upset with this product.

I had to order a second refrigerator because the first one was larger than the specs on line as the door needed more room to open. Next the new one had yellow stain on the inside. Promised a discount but after several attempts that hasn't happened

Light for this refrigerator are a joke, they are in series and if one go all go. Replacement led modules are $200. Shelves are flimsy and break. Generally a terrible purchase

The fridge does not have anything to keep it from moving. it moves when opening or closing the door.

Makes a lot of noise!! Even when it's not in use it still made a lot of noise.

The refrigerator itself is fine, a basic double door model that fits perfectly into our built in kitchen cabinet niche. We had an older model of the same thing and it's pretty much the same thing. I decided to change my older appliances which were more than 20 years old with the newer ones and chose "Universal Silver" and "Silver" color for practical reasons. First we have a collection of magnets that would not stick to stainless steel, and secondly I read some reviews about problematic maintenance of SS surface. Boy, was I wrong! This "silver" paint is of such poor quality, that I regret not going with SS appliances. It scratches easily, it stains. In two months time of normal use I have scratches and discolorations all over the fridge and stove back splash. What a waste of money!

I bought it because I have a height limitation and this fridge was short. It has plenty of space for me, looks good, has all I needed. The only reason this fridge is getting 4 starts is that is way louder than my old Samsung. Kinda unacceptable considering that it's a background noise I'll have for years to come. I think manufacturers should list the decibels of refrigerators not just the dishwasher.

I have spent months looking for a refrigerator that was a side-by-side, in black that looked good and fit the very small space I had available....and this fit all my needs. I had a similar unit from Whirlpool for more than 20 years (that still worked) but when it was time to find a new one, I had real problem! Everything that fit the width was too tall or too deep. Finally I found this item and gave it a try. I'm really glad I did. Perfect! Be aware - the freezer is pretty small...smaller than my old unit due to the ice maker....but with a little creativity, it works just fine for a small family. It is pretty quiet and the temperature stays steady. My only (minor) complaints would be that I'd appreciate adjustable shelves in the freezer (you can't change the positions) and it took quite a bit longer than 24 hours to stabilize the temperature in the refrigerator section. But now it works great and I am very happy with my purchase! One last thing, I purchased the item online and the next day it was on sale - a $90 discount. I called the customer service department and the credit was quickly put on my account. Delivery was fast - no problems at all.

I love the side by side. I can organize where everything is in easy reach. The slide out shelves and baskets are great. Everything stays consistently nice and cold and I find food lasts longer in it compared to the last one I had. Runs very quiet. Very happy I chose this one over the bottom freezer like I used to have. I was limited by my space available and was afraid I would have to settle on what what could fit but feel seems to be perfect for my needs. Easy to clean and looks great. Delivery service was excellent and arrived a week earlier than promised.

I have no complaints about this refrigerator to date. The freezer needs to be set to the highest setting in order for things to remain frozen, but other than that, it does everything you need a refrigerator to do.
