This was a purchase for a small business break room, We had to get smaller fridge to fit in available space. Was worried it would be to small but it sure doesn't feel like its smaller. We all love it! Lots of drawer space, shelf space & door space! Love the ice & water on the door! Yeah!!!!!

Nice looking refrigerator, nice LED lights, nice, easy to change filter. Unfortunately, it also has cheap feeling drawers, and the ice maker/water dispenser are 100% guaranteed to dump water all down the front of the unit and onto your floor. There is no way around this - the dispenser is too shallow, and the distance between the lever for water and the actual place the water comes out it too far for even a large glass. Also, ice periodically drops down, but doesn't come out the opening, so you will end up with it melting and again, because the opening is too shallow, it drips not into the drip pan, but right down the front of the unit and onto the floor. In this sized unit, there was only a GE and a Samsung - the Samsung was substantially more expensive, and the GE had a slightly smaller refrigerator compartment, but might have had a better water/ice dispenser.

Working as advertised and looks great. It was ideal to buy as a part of a package where I replaces all of my kitchen appliances. My only disappointment was that they charge you more for a smaller fridge. That is not really Best Buy's fault -- it is the manufacturer.

Bought this model because I've had one similar from Whirlpool for 20 plus years. The 22 cu ft model fits in my smallish kitchen. Needed a service call to get the temperature settings correct. Whirlpool was fine with the service call. Most disappointing is the way the water/ice dispenser works. First, the water is not chilled, it's the same temperature as tap water. The Whirlpool literature describes it as cold which is misleading. Second, there is a single dispenser for both ice and water so you have to press a selection button to switch between the two. Not nice if you forget which one the dispenser is set to. Third, the selection buttons are mechanical not electronic. There is no excuse for that. Also the light indicater is not the switch, the switch is just below the light so it's hard to see in the dark at night. Finally, speaking of light, the dispenser light does not come on automatically when you press it for water or ice. It has a separate switch that you have to manually switch on and off. These are things I'm not going to return it for. I wanted a low cost unit. But it's disappointing that Whirlpool would cut corners on key user experience features and make an otherwise decent product seem cheap.

I bought this refrigerator in 2017 and I had to have it repaired twice. The first time it was still under warranty and the second time the warranty expired. I think I’ll buy a different brand next time. I was very disappointed with this Whirlpool refrigerator.

This fridge was at a great price and the cubic feet was comparable to my bottom freezer, so I went ahead and bought it. I found that cubic feet are not created equal. Because the fridge door is narrower than the bottom freezer type ~ about 2/3 the size ~ you have much less door space for condiments, etc. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is. Small containers, like condiments, do not do well off the door. They get buried int he back, fall over, etc. Also, they only include 3 shelves on the door. Could easily be four ~ and you can order another, but you pay for it. Also, a shelf broke, and they are not cheap to replace. The freezer is so narrow it is not easy to fit things into it. I whole heartily recommend considering a bottom freezer model. I miss mine terribly!!

Living in an older house and smaller spaces it is almost impossible to find a good quality side-by-side refrigerator with space and water/ice dispenser, this refrigerator has all that.

It is a small fridge but still does the job and great with water and ice in the door

Purchased this refrigerator + ice maker for my 91-year-old aunt when her old one died. Pacific Sales was $100 more than other retailers, but they had it in stock, so I went into my local store to request a price match, which they honored. But I was told they do not install ice makers, yet they attached a flyer to my receipt outlining their delivery policy which states that they do. I called customer service, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and was told they only instal built-in ice makers, not ice maker kits. Their policy language is deceiving. I also tried asking for updated delivery time, and was told to call back a little closer to my window. And wait another 20 minutes on hold? Their response was "Yes, I'm sorry." I used to purchase all my appliances from Best Buy and always had a great experience dealing with them. Customer service has suffered since Pacific Sales took over. Will think twice before making another major purchase here.

Other than the water/ice in the door, the fridge works great. The problems with the water/ice are as follows: -the light is on or off, it does not activate when in use. -the crushed ice shoots out of the dispenser all over the floor, even when using a large glass. - the cubed ice seems to work well, but often when you switch to water an ice cube has jammed in the dispenser door. You only find this out when later the ice cube has melted enough that it falls out onto the floor. Positives: The water filter is very easy to replace, and other than the above, it all works well.

I bought this fridge thinking two doors, more place in the freezer...wrong! Everything is packed in the freezer, it slides out and drops to the floor continually. Both sides the shelves have broken, the plastic tracks are cracked and come off. So now, they sit on top of each other. The freezer is so small, you can just barely fit a small frozen hen or couple of boxes of filets. The shelves in the cooler are made of glass so I don't know how the air circulates in there. One of the glass shelves, the plastic rim is breaking apart at the corners, someday it may coming crashing down! I just cannot believe that a fridge has such poor craftmanship. Stay away from this piece of sh...!

I bought this fridge for my parents when theirs went bad. They couldn't stop talking about how great it was. It was so great that I bought one for myself. Have not had any issues, I love the way the ice maker operates. It's been nothing but fantastic! Definitely recommend!!

We purchased this refrigerator because of the limited amount of space we had for a refrigerator. It fit perfectly; however I wish I would have paid attention to the reviews. The water dispenser is awkwardly placed and if you are not used to it, water runs down the front of the door. There is no getting around this. The finish is not shiny like most stainless steal and is difficult to clean without streaks and I have tried several products. It also scratched very easy so be careful if you place a magnet on it. Sides are not SS but rather a gray rough finish.

The ice dispenser is a pain. I rarely leave the fridge with all of the ice in my glass and none on the floor. The ice maker is also pretty loud sometimes. The fridge itself runs pretty quiet, looks ok, and the build quality is acceptable. The color of the fridge doesn't quite match the rest of my stainless appliances though, something that couldn't be avoided since we bought it online.

Water from dispenser isn't chilled. Replacement water filters are around $50. LED in fridge lasted 2 years, replacement part cost $80. Ice maker randomly decides we're on vacation and the little lever gets stuck up, so we run out of ice. Door ice dispenser a couple times a will spit out several cubes without anyone being in the room (poor design, cubes get stuck in the chute when you're getting ice then melt a little and fall out later). Temperature seems to be consistent over time and in different parts of fridge (no freezing spots in fridge, for example). I would not buy again.

When my fridge retired I purchased this model but was disappointment in the end. Yes, the ice breaks in pieces and ends up all over the floor. I would also have to agree the product is noisy but the one thing that disappointed me was the fact it does not have wheel locks or legs so stop it from moving. In the end this product was returned.

Ice maker not work, cube ice gives me crushed ice!!!!

This is poorly designed. Neither the refrigerator door nor the freezer door will STAY open. So when you try and get something out of the fridge you must hold door open with one hand and reach with another. Big problem if trying to clean or simply searching for something with two hands.
