Replaced an identical 8 year old Whirlpool fridge that I had in white. Old fridge was great and still going strong and gave me n issues over the time I had it, just wanted a color change. I am hoping for the same longevity and quality of the existing fridge so I decided to go with the Whirlpool again. Some small upgrades since I bought the last one, LED interior lights, more door shelves provided. The other manufactures don't really make anything all that comparable, split shelves for example, in the same price range. Honestly It would be nice to have a few more options in the 33" width. Took a while to actually get a hold of one due to everything being sold out and backordered, but still happy with the purchase.

I shopped around for a fridge to find just the right price & deal. This was it. Sales person was great, she even called around to make sure they were matching any other deals. Saved $100.00. Oh Ya Delivery was painless. Very knowledgable guys. They made sure they showed us how everything worked before they left.

Very happy with our refrigerator. We upgraded after our 14 year old fridge stopped working. The top part is very spacious. The bottom freezer took a little bit of time to get used to, but once we organized it, it was fine.

HAVING THE FREEZER ON THE BOTTOM IS SO MUCH EASIER TO SEE WHAT THERE & REMOVE JUST 1 ITEM WITHOUT UNLOADING "ALL: & THEN PUTTING ALL BACK IN AGAIN.

it is essentially like my previous unit except this one has pull out freezer drawer instead of hinged door. my previous unit was 12 years old when replaced and still worked. I like the LED lighting.

After researching for weeks if not months...I love my new refrigerator. Perfect size and look. I was dead on for the space and surprised how much room there is. Customer service to include installation was outstanding.

A step up from our last fridge. Sleek, solid, good value for the price. Love the bottom freezer. My kids love the visibility and easy of the top fridge.

Beautiful refrigerator that was the perfect size for the space. It was nice that it already had an icemaker installed...delivery people had it connected in a couple minutes. Started making ice quickly and haven't had any issues. Stays clean...

The freezer drawer is difficult to slide. A better pair of slides would have erased that issue. Overall it has easy access to the food stored in it and the temperature control works well. It is a tad loud when the compressor turns on.

Same size as my old side by side but seams to have more room, maybe because there is no post in the middle, at any rate it seams so much bigger !

Arrived in a timely manor when everyone else was 2 months wait time on this model. I love the top fridge portion no more bending down and hurting your back for you to stand in front of it trying to figure out what you want to eat.

The unit fits our needs, haven’t owned stainless before, sales person didn’t mention lt would look like a big grey battleship on the side! Thought it would be stainless. Will not purchase without seeing again.

This refrigerator was purchased for a home we are renting that had some space limitations. It is well-built, has an ice maker, and works rather efficiently. We would definitely purchase again!

we bought this fridge to replace the exact same we had purchased 12 years prior. we have a very specific space to fill and were very happy with help we received in store as we reviewed all options. But we went back to this one as we really like it!

We love the color and it has a ton of space inside. We ere able to get it quickly delivered and installed. The delivery guys were great.

This refrigerator was great in style and functionality; however the one we received may have just been a lemon. When it was first installed by Best Buy, within hours the refrigerator had a loud screeching noise which can be heard in the back rooms. We called whirlpool service who was not helpful at all. They just said, new refrigerators are not made as they used to be and just have loud noises! We were shocked! We recorded the noises and brought it to Best Buy, who also heard the very “loud” noises” and exchanged it for a different make and model within the time period. The noises were not sporadic; but constant! We were skeptical of whirlpool and did not want to exchange it for another whirlpool due to their non existent service. We decided on a LG model LTCS20120S and are so happy with it. No more incessant loud noises! Refrigerators will make periodic normal bearable noise periodically but not the noise we heard from this whirlpool model! Again, it could be the specific refrigerator we received; however whirlpool service was a disappointment where they only responded that “all new refrigerators are not like the way they used to be made and are loud!!”

I thought this refrigerator was excellent. I really liked the design and the ease of use. Unfortunately, it was just a little bit too wide for the area I had intended it for, so I had to switch it for another one.

I love my new fridge! It's spacious and roomy. Love the freezer on the bottom. It was really easy to pull out of the box, connect the ice maker water line and plug in. My very slight compliant is that to you have to make sure to push the door shut. It doesn't tend to swing shut very easily.

We love it. way bigger than our last one. freezer on the bottom with drawers to organize things helps us out a lot.
