    Since January 21, 2019, we had two service calls, both for freezer door not sealing.

    I purchased the Whirlpool on sale. It makes the worst grinding noise which comes from the refrigerator itself, NOT freezer. When ever it turns on there is a grinding noise which sounds like rapid gun fire. I have attempet 4 TIMES in one day to reach support. Last call I was pon hold 55 minutes. The other 3 times I stayed on hold a bit over 30 minutes. I have emailed, I had virtual support.. no help as i was refered back to a number to call. DO NOT BOTHER you will not get any assistance.
