This is a great refrig. Cannot say anything bad. We love it.

I miss the butter shelf with the shield. We also did not receive the 4 buttons for the exposed holes for the door shifting right or left. We called the store and were cut off after waiting several minutes. We still do not have them.

Bought this to replace an old side by side model. I have a smaller (by todays standards) fridge space and this fit perfectly.

We are pleased with the refrigerator, and enjoy having the bottom freezer. However, the ice produced by the ice maker continues to taste of chemicals. We have thrown away batch after batch, but it's still not satisfactory. How can this be remedied?

Sorry to say, but we have a refrigerator for 3 weeks and the freezer went bad. I opened it up and there was snow and ice all over it. I called Best Buy and they told me I had to call Whirlpool because they don't fix Whirlpool. I was on the phone for almost the whole day and couldn't get through to them. I think we are entitled to a new refrigerator after 3 weeks.

Not a good experience. The compressor failed in 18 months. Although it was a warranty item it took 20 days to get a Whirlpool tech to look at it and confirm. Once confirmed and agreed it was covered they could not locate a certified tech to do the work. After 2 more weeks the said they would do a same model exchange. Of course it would be another 3 to 5 weeks for the delivery. I finally convinced them to send me a check for the original purchase price and I would buy my own. So I have to live without a fridge for 6 weeks. If you buy one, make sure there are technicians available to service warrantied parts.

Perfect, efficient and got quick to cooling versus my prior and very expensive LG. Convenient placement areas in door for milk to many other food items. Love the black stainless look. Excellent on being smudge proof!

We are pleased with the operation so far but the doors have very strong magnets which is good, but...the handles are weak and need frequent tightening

The refrigerator has a loud motor. It could have upgraded the metal racks in the freezer compartment. The two screws that's on the opposite side of the fridge door look like two dents.

Great fridge! I had the same model double doors for 7 years & it never broke down. Had to downsize to fit smaller space.

Bought two of these to sit side-by-side with opposite door swings to give the effect of a commercial unit. While I now have the fridge space I always wanted, the freezer space could be better.

Great fridge space, Versatile, but tiny freezer space. Only recommend if you have a second freezer or don’t really use a freezer.

2 men that delivered refrigerator were extremely nice and professional. She was describing how the men moved it with only 2 straps. Sounded pretty cool! Thank everyone!

I love my new Refrigerator!!! I love not having to bend over or get on the floor to get the items from the back of the bottom shelf. The freezer drawer is perfect. No complaints.
