I went through troubleshooting and still no refrigeration. I don't know if this is a problem with the installation or with the product. We paid for support and after spending over an hour on the phone I'm told to call back in 2 hours because the bestbuy system "doesn't work" either. What a waste of time!

Pretty good fridge
