The fridge works fine and I like that it’s larger than my old one. However the delivery got messed up and although I did receive my product I’m still getting calls to schedule a delivery date. The worst part of the experience is that after buying a scratch and dent fridge we were misled as to where the damage was. After going back to the store to ask to get a replacement bracket we were told the manager Steve would call us and he never has

Excellent quiet refrigerator. I am happy with the purchase. My refrigerator slot is right by my garage door and hence a double-door refrigerator would not have worked. This one worked out just perfect. Looks beautiful and elegant. There is ample space in the refrigerator section with an awesome bright LED light greeting you when you open the door. I gave it 4 stars just because the freezer section could have been designed a bit differently. Although the freezer section is big, the racks in freezer section do not make optimal use of the freezer space and leave unused space in the freezer. For example, you cannot stack stuff on top of another on the bottom rack since it will hit the above rack in the freezer. Therefore, the space in the freezer is a bit deceiving. Also, there is no way to get around it since you cannot remove those freezer racks. But other than the above, it is a beautiful refrigerator which I would recommend to anyone looking for a single door refrigerator.

I just received this fridge yesterday, so I can't yet vouge for its longevity. But so far, I love everything about it. Our old fridge had 17.7 cubit feet of space. This one is 4.2 CF larger, which makes it feel massive by comparison. If you're shopping for a new fridge, don't underestimate how much you'll value a few extra cubic feet. One of the deciding factors for us was the freezer-on-bottom design. I'm 6' tall, and it feels revolutionary getting things out of the fridge without hunching. We also liked how much door storage this model has. We were not looking for a fridge with an icemaker since we did not have a fridge water line. I think you can use a screwdriver to remove the icemaker, but I decided to run the water line from our sink instead. It took about two hours, and it was well worth it. The ice maker works great and makes 8-10 ice cubes every 90 minutes or so. Just be aware the fridge does NOT have a built-in filter. That's a good thing in my opinion since most fridge filters are overpriced and need to be replaced far too often. I simply installed an inline water filter behind the fridge, and the ice tastes great! (For fellow DIY-ers, the water line connector on the back of this fridge is a metal 1/4" male adapter. If you have a 1/4" flexible stainless steel water line like me, it will twist right on.) Delivery went well. The guys had to take my front door off the hinges, which made it easy to fit through the door. I was also impressed by how well all of the shelves and drawers were packed inside. Things got cold really quickly after plugging in, so I was able to immediately transfer things from my old fridge. In summary, if you plan on using your fridge multiple times a day for the next 10+ years, get the one with the space and features you need. For us, this was it.

It's been a couple months now, and so far, so good. No overly strange noises, no leaks, food is cold, and ice is ice. LED lighting is pretty cool. Digital thermostat seems a bit weird because I feel it should be an actual temperature display. Why even bother with a digital display? I do like the clean, one-door look without the eyesore of an outside dispenser. I hear Whirlpool stuff is made in the USA, so that's pretty cool.

My old fridge lasted 21 years. I wanted to replace it with something modern but I’m limited by space in this condo. This one is perfect. The freezer portion is a bit smaller than I had anticipated but it’s not enough of an issue to reduce the stars. It’s quiet. The ice maker works great so far. I love how bright it is inside the fridge and freezer. I can see everything in my fridge. The fridge is very spacious as well. My other fridge it was hard to see in and clean because the fridge was on the bottom and low. Fromm distance it looks sleek and clean. Yup close it doesn’t look fingerprinted LOL So far so good!!

It is basically the same as we had before-Amana, > 10 years old model with the same dimensions. The Whirlpool refrigerator is lighter and seems to work OK so far. The lighting inside is good too. However, I noticed a few things. First, the refrigerator door cannot be reopen immediately after closing. Have to wait for 5 minutes to open the door again. Probably it will get better when the outside temperature cools down (thermodynamics, they explain). However, I do not know how to fix it. The second point is that although the overall design of the interior of the refrigerator is pleasing, there are few things to consider. They have a new upper compartment which cannot be closed for no particular reason. The handy, useful butter compartment is missing in the newer model. There are no plastic cushions in the storage buckets unlike the older model that I mentioned. If fact, we saved these plastic, washable cushions and use them in the new Whirlpool. This is convenient and easy to clean if there is food spill. The third point is that the freezer compartment is better designed in the Whirlpool model to avoid cluttering and break down of the motor subsequently, I heard about a chemical odor in the ice formed. We do not have such problem since we have not connected the ice maker to a water source. The ice tastes OK. Sometimes, I can hear the sound of the motor circulating coolant. This is the same sound that you would hear in a refrigerator that is about to die. I hope it is normal. I am keeping a close eye on it. Overall, it is an elegant piece of essential equipment to have in the kitchen.

So far so good ! It fits perfectly in my small kitchen and I love the bottom freezer with the drawer. Ice maker is quiet and it seems to cool nicely. The adjustable shelves in the top section allows for gallon and 2 liter bottles easily. And all of the door shelves/bins are movable also. Lots more room than my last Whirlpool . I got an extended warranty and I look forward to having it for several years !

So far this unit has been a great addition to our kitchen. We have no water hookups, so I removed the ice maker - it was a pretty simple process once I figured out how to get the sliding drawers out. The only issue we have in the freezer is that moisture collects on the top of the door where the light switch is, so sometimes when we open the freezer drawer the light switch is frozen in place and the light does not come on. In the fridge, it is delightful to be able to see everything at a glance (rather than having the freezer on top and parts of the fridge below my line of view). The shelves can be moved almost anywhere, the design is simple and functional. The only issue we've had at all is that the drawers easily come off their guides, so sometimes I go to slide it open and realize it is sitting on the bottom of the fridge, rather than actually being on the rack.

This fridge was a replacement for one in a rental property. BestBuy reversed the door for me to suit our kitchen layout. The fridge looks great and is very spacious. Perfect fit!

Needed to replace a fridge in our Florida vacation home. We wanted to make the move to stainless for a more modern look. Took all the measurements and bought this unit. It was nice to have the flexibility to adjust the shelves to meet our needs. The bottom freezer was also a welcome change. The icemaker was a must...it is a vacation home after all. It runs quiet and appears to be quite efficient. The LED lighting is a nice touch. Measure your access and turning points carefully as this is a big fridge.

This refrigerator is awesome. It has everything I need. Tons of space and easy access.

I love this fridge. We just remodeled our kitchen and were in the market for a more energy efficient fridge. We weren't interested in buying a fridge with all of the bells and whistles. We already have filtered tap water and weren't interested in watching TV on a fridge... So we went with this one. - There's PLENTY of room inside. - The pull out freezer is constructed very well. - The LED light is very bright. - It's energy efficient! Our electric bill has not increased. - Most of these stainless steel apliances have black along the sides (Which I am not a big fan of), however, this one does not. The sides are gray. We've primarily purchased Whirlpool products so we stuck with what I believe traditionally is a reliable, well-constructed appliance. So far, so good!!!

This is a really nice refrigerator. It feels solid and of good quality. I chose it over a similar French door model. I like having a single door. The interior is very spacious, with plenty of shelves and door bins. The interior light is very bright so nothing gets lost. The bottom freezer is very convenient and has two deep bins and one sliding shelf. The ice maker works well. Runs quiet too. The stainless steel finish is not fingerprint proof, but the door handle is. I haven't noticed any fingerprints. Delivery is straight forward, but if you need the door handle switched let them know before delivery or you'll end up making a separate appointment for that.

I had been shopping for a new refrigerator for a while and was having a hard time deciding on what would be perfect for my kitchen. Then I saw this one in a friend's kitchen. When I opened it, I was blown away by the space and bright lighting. I knew immediately that this fridge was the one. I found a floor model at Best Buy to show to my husband and we ordered it on the spot. We've had it now for 3 months and I still love it. The fridge and bottom freezer hold so much and it runs very quietly. Thank you, Best Buy, for the great price and quick delivery. You won't be disappointed with this product!
