It is impossible to fill a glass with ice and not get some on the floor. If I use crushed and stop before the glass is full it doesn't throw much on the floor but there is no way to get cubed ice and not have to pick up some off the floor. It's the worst ice maker I ever had. Other wise the refrigerator is good.

This refrigerator was a great price, I got it on sale. I like the smooth black finish, it is textured on the sides though. The ice maker and water work ok, except the crushed ice spews out every which way onto my hardwood floors. It makes a lot of noise too. I like the capacity and door space. All in all it was a good buy.

Noisier than the older fredge. should have paid more attention to the number and placement of the shelves. Not as much 'usable' space.

We purchased this refrigerator becuase the price was right. So far it works well but we haven't hooked up the water yet due to a kitchen remodel. The only thing I have noticedar that disappointed me is the quality in the drawers. The bottom drawer in the refrigerator has several cracks in it and we are not even sure how it happened. Overall it does its job.

Had a little trouble with ice maker due to the water switch being burned out but that’s because I bought the open box, with whirlpool 1 yr warranty they sent a tech out to fix it for free and it now works great.

Love this refrigerator! It's very stylish and roomy. Just wish that the side bins in the freezer were adjustable, other than that, great!!!

The refrigerator is as expected but the ice maker does not dispense well, it blocks up or does not make it into the glass. The crushed ice dispenser throws ice every where. The rest of the fridge works great, I like the deep doors and the light is good, easy to clean and find everything.

Installation by the merchant was quick and well done. The adjustable door shelves hold plenty of stuff and make access easy. Lighting is excellent and the slow rise in luminosity is an interesting and good feature. Don't really need the door ice and water dispenser, one more thing to buy filters for, but it's hard to find any refrigerators without them anymore.

Overall, for the price the quality if pretty good and so far has kept a constant temperature with great adjustable fridge shelving. Downsides, the ice maker takes up too much freezer space - and the ice dispenser sends ice and chunks all over the place except in the cup. Coupled with a water dispenser that is too far forward, I miss the dispenser on our old GE fridge.

Very spacious, easy to rearrange the shelves, the water and ice come out perfectly cold/not misshapen reapectively.

This refrigerator is perfect for a family that uses theirs alot. i love side by side freezers so I can see everything. I like how well this keeps the temperature consistant and this has a great seal on the doors. The only reason I woudn;t give it a 5 is that the ice maker is rather noisy. I still would buy it again.

My favorite part of this is the ice maker. It doesn't take much room (it's located in the door). We are a family of 5 and we have never ran out a ice. My only negative comment is that fingerprints show. I feel I clean the outside twice a day because of the fingerprints. Something to keep in mind when picking out a fridge.

Me and my wife were looking for something plain and simple not too flashy not too expensive this was the perfect buy everything we wanted without all the extras

Sadly, we got a lemon, and had problems within the first year. We’ve purchased Whirlpool products for decades without a problem, and we’re shocked. But, thankfully, before the first year warranty was up, Whirlpool offered an extended warranty. It was the first time we’ve ever had to do so, but we did, and we certainly got our money’s worth, because Whirlpool has repaired our pathetically built refrigerator, time and time again. Because they have stood by their product, we have stood by them, and have since purchased a dishwasher and gas range, and have continued to have good experience with the brand (and we have a Whirlpool washer and dryer). They are reliable, and when, in the odd chance that you get a product that was not produced properly, they will stand behind it. Take our advice—any quirks—buy the extended warranty!

This is a open box review We found a frig that had been purchased that would not fit in the home. It was a great buy full waranty included. It was delivered when promised very happy with the whole experience.

I love this frig. A really good price and looks great with all other stainless steel appliances. You'll be happy when you purchase it.

I've had my issues with whirlpool this is why I am giving them 4 stars. But overall they are up too standards

The fridge is cold, clean, and quite. The main and door trays inside allow for a variety of customized heights. My only complaint would be that it is a little too deep. It was my first fridge purchase so I don't think it is exceptional in this regard, but next time I buy a fridge I will probably get a counter depth one.
