Good looking and does the job well. Ice maker works well and water comes out clean and cold. It's a little noisy when the water runs to refill the ice maker, and of course when the ice actually drops. Overall I am very happy with this product.

I really am enjoying my fridge. Great bang for the price.

The description of this refrigerator say that is has an intuitive Whirlpool refrigerator using an Accu-Chill temperature management system, so you can easily minimize your food waste. My experience to date is that refrigerator could use a better system. It took a full 24 hours for this refrigerator to come up to safe temperature levels for both the freezer and the refrigerator. I also have to keep the dial on 4 for each to maintain the temperatures. I purchased thermometers for both the freezer and refrigerator because I don't trust the system and I want to make sure the food is safe.

I like the design of my fridge and the simplicity.

We were happy to find this Whitlpool refrigerator. Many brands out there are cheaply made or are a lot higher priced. We needed a medium priced product and that is what we found. It seems to be made very well

The purchase of this side by side Whirlpool refrigerator freezer was a great buy! First of all, it was on sale at Best Buys' Labor Day price promotion and it met my family's needs as an appliance. We've purchased Whirlpool products in the past and have had success with their longevity & performance.

I love this refrigerator - the all stainless appliances make my kitchen look so great! The refrigerator is quiet and I love having the ice/water come to the door. I just got them this month, but so far everything works perfectly and the installation delivery crew were efficient and courteous. I would definitely shop at Best Buy again!

The door was not installed evenly, and the delivery man didn't want to come back to fix it. We had to go to the store to change another model. Performance of this one is very good during the 3 weeks prior to replacement.

Good refrigerator. Only one complaint is that the water dispenser is too far out. If you don't have a big cup, the water sprays past the cup edge.

Overall this is a pretty good refrigerator. Crushed ice doesn't always dispense and the bottom drawer doesn't slide well. Other than that I have no issues.

They delivered and said they would be back in a week to fix or replace.Also called service department In Wilson NC no call back on something so simple .

I was excited to get this fridge. It looked like it was a pretty decent quality refrigerator. I've only owned this refrigerator for two days and last night I opened the refrigerator door and immediately one of the shelves attached to the door crashed to the floor. After inspecting the shelf, it has already cracked and broken with very little weight in it. Now I have to go through the process of getting the part replaced which is pretty frustrating after only two days. Now I'm nervous about anything else that might go wrong with it over a period of time.

The refrigerator came with a good price. The filtered water has a good taste and the ice maker keeps up the needs of our family. It does not have an energy star rating and it also could use another shelf in the refrigerator section. Buying a shelf separately on line is approximately $90.00. So far it seems to hold the temperature well in both sections. It's early to tell about the quality, but we are watching closely to see how well it holds up..
