This is the best choice for family which looking for the modern style fridge. The quality is excellent and we are satisfied so far in last 3 weeks. I am elite customer of Best Buy and installation and service was great.

I purchased this refrigerator from my hospital bed, because on our way to buy a new one my water broke. Overall it was a great purchase. It has excellent storage space! My only issue is every time I turn around it needs a new water filter. Which is fine, it just doesn't seem to last six months.

pros: great price, mechanical operation, looks good cons: limited shelf configurations, hard to operate water/ice functions in low lighting i will amend my review when my replacement unit gets here - the first unit had a defect in the door that would allow it to seal, but not completely close. this made the fridge door stick out noticeably more than the freezer door. Also the fridge side will not get cold. i have felt to see if i can feel a leak from the door issue, but i can't feel any cold air seeping from the fridge side. Service has been great as they were going to order me a new door, but since it is now not cooling, I feel better with just exchanging the unit. Don't like to sit around waiting for them to fix a new product... "ain't nobody got time fo dat"

I bought this washer last April. I think it is a very good purchase for our family.

Bought this as an open box, absolutely nothing wrong with it. The only thing that takes getting used to is the angle the water comes out. I find that it misses the glass if you're not paying attention. Otherwise a good fit!

I like the fridge for the most part but it has a few flaws for me.I was not impressed with the ice dispenser, it is a bit slow and if you want it crushed its very messy when dispensing. I did have to turn the temp way down on it to get it cold enough for my liking, but I did grow up with a food service mother so I might have higher standards. I had to put it on the coldest setting just to get cold soda. The stainless front is hard to clean and it drives me crazy. So far had the best luck with simple green and a lot of elbow grease. I don't even have kids so this is a disappointment for me. I thought the stainless was going to be easier to clean, if you have kids don't get the stainless.

Bought a Frigidaire Gallery which was way too noisy. Returned it and bought this one. They made a delivery in 3 days after the new order. It is a very QUIT product, everything works just fine. We like it. This is our 3rd new Refrigerator and the best one. Best Buy service is excellent! I'm very satisfied.

I read the reviews and saw where others complained about ice & water from the door but figured it was just their particular purchases. Nope, it happened to us as well. Ice cube spit out for no apparent reason or water dribble. Had to keep plastic glass to catch for we have wood floors, didn't want water to sit all day on floors. Fridge very attractive and spacious, but missed being able to adjust shelves to our needs.Returned after 3 days

This fridge is the bang for you buck but I did find you get what you pay for. The next morning after the fridge was installed I noticed a loud metallic rattle that I could hear from my upstairs bedroom. Very loud compared for a new brand new refrigerator compared to the old junk that was in my apartment. I e-mailed whirlpool service regarding the issue and received and very unhelpful e-mail back. Be prepared for a louder than normal fridge.

We bought this refrigerator before there were any reviews available. When we exchanged the refrigerator, the sales person checked the reviews. The few she was able to access at the store do not all show up here. One mentioned that the icemaker spews ice all over the floor. It is indeed true, no matter what size glass we tried. In addition we could only get crushed ice. The cube setting would not work once the crushed setting was used. The shelves are not adjustable in height, which I had not noticed when purchased. The refrigerator does NOT come with a filter. If you want one you have to get one from the manufacturer. Best Buy does not sell them and cannot order them. Best Buy sales staff were wonderful about exchanging it. We selected a GE and are quite happy with it.

Still working strong after 5 years. Water filter is a little pricey but can get generic ones which also work well

Space & temperature & looks are great. Has a loud pitched hum that is very annoying and can be heard in other rooms. Had Geek Squad come out & they said that's the way they are now. Had a Whirlpool Repairman come out & said same. Neighbors got new refrigerators & their's were not noisy. Wish I could take it back & get different brand..

I like the refrigerator, with the exception of the ice cube maker. The ice cubes are really small

We bought this Whirlpool 2 1/2 weeks ago to replace our older Whirlpool. We like the brand and the features this fridge offered. We have a limited space and this model fit. We liked the looks, the LED lighting, storage and external ice/water (our previous fridge also had the external dispenser). However, there is a severe design flaw in the dispenser and we are exchanging this model for another, paying the cost difference. The problem is that ice dispensed gets trapped in the chute door, and not all the ice releases when you remove your glass. The result is that seconds later, or when you switch from ice to water, the remainder of the "stuck" ice shoots out and ends up all over your floor. And the water drips after your done dispensing also leaving a trail. I called Whirlpool customer service to inquire if there was a fix for this problem and they told me they had calls on this, but there is no remedy. They said just hold my glass against the dispenser for an extra 2-3 seconds. However, when you try this, ice and water continue to dispense, just making the mess worse. This is a common problem among reviewers, and it is a real issue. I suspect the chute door is not opening wide enough, then closing too slowly trapping the ice at that door. It then shakes loose when you remove your glass creating the mess. Whirlpool has no answer, but Best Buy agreed to exchange the fridge, so that's what we're going to do. So if you use ice and water dispensers, and our family does a bunch, do not purchase this model. And by the way, we are exchanging this model for another model made by Whirlpool which has separate levers for ice and water, so I have no bias against Whirlpool.

Bought in 2016 two years later had to replace LED lights which were 100 each but we had a service plan. I would stay away from LED lights and stay with bulbs, ice machine is messy.

We are very satisfied with this purchase. It was delivered on schedule but we noticed a dent in the door and one of the double doors was not lined up even with the other. Best Buy stood by their product and replaced it in just a few days with another brand new refrigerator. It had no dents but doors were not lined up evenly. The delivery personnel knew what they were doing and were able to adjust the doors to perfection. We've had the refrigerator for almost a year and have had no problems with it. The ice-maker works perfectly!

Purchased this fridge a few months ago and it is working great! space are perfect and ice machine is working just how it should be.

The first time I bought alliances from best buy and i had problem. I understand is Whirlpool brand I had to deal with their poor customer service .So I spent $1000.00 and the answer from whirlpool was I have to deal with the problem(leaking water) is normal

This refrigerator does not have adjustable feet so unless your floors are perfectly even the doors won't line up properly. The cheap shelves have started to sag after two weeks. The ice maker is really loud. The bottom of it looks like it is very cheap plastic. I've returned two defective deliveries and am in process of getting rid of this terrible fridge and getting a different brand all together. Save your self the headache. Do not buy this fridge.

This refrigerator and freezer works (Model WRS325fdam04) in that it keeps food cold, but has numerous problems. The left side of the fridge next to the freezer literally freezes anything that touches that wall, so if you put some potato salad on the shelf in the fridge and it touches that wall, it will freeze it. 3 of the shelves have cracks in the plastic (they started cracking during the first year),but are not covered in the warranty. When I checked, it would cost $100.00 for each replacement shelf, so I'm using packing tape for repairs. Soon after we bought this unit, large cracks developed on the floor of the freezer. Fortunately, this was covered in the warranty, and a repairman came to our home and put some patching on it. We would not buy this model again.
