The lighting in the fridge is amazing! Storage is fantastic. The ice and water are much quieter than any other fridge I've ever had! It has a sleek design, good size, and basic buttons for the dispenser are perfect.

Overall, I recommend this product, as it cools well, is spacious, and it was a good value for such an inexpensive price. I have someone from Best Buy coming out to fix the issue with the actuator in the door dispenser (It will not give me cube ice, just stays on crushed), which I'm sure they will be able to remedy. Note, the crushed ice sort of creates a conical blast rather than flowing into a cup... not sure if that can be fixed, so I'll probably just all around avoid using that feature. Still, I can't complain for the price.

First off the price was great. Got it on sale and used Best Buy reward points plus a $50 manufacturer discount. The fridge did come with the water filter, some people says theirs didn't but mine did. I bought a filter based on reviews I had read before the fridge was delivered. Needless to say I returned the filter at a price of $40. The ice dispenser it a little awkward and will spit ice onto the floor if you don't cuff your hand around it and the glass. Seems like a lot of wasted space in fridge that could really be used. Overall there has been no problems and we do enjoy this fridge

We ordered this fridge about a month ago, and really like it. It seems to maintain temperature well, has lots of drawers and door cabinets to hold things - and generally seems built well. EXCEPT for one thing, the water dispenser. Not sure if it is just ours, or all, but the water dispenser is placed at such an extreme angle, that the water misses going into our cups! I'm not sure why this is, but it is angled toward the consumer holding the cup and misses the cup itself! Other than that, seems to work very well and was a great price.

This is a very good stainless steel fridge for the price. Fits in my Galley style kitchen perfectly. Very Modern look and love the sleek whirlpool handles. Plenty of fridge storage for my wife and I. If I had a few kids running around might need a bigger freezer though. Even though the ice-maker rocks (no pun intended) on this fridge, you do lose some storage space because it takes up the top shelf. Some fridges have the ice-maker on the door which gives you an extra shelf, however from reviews I read those models all have bad ice makers. I'd rather have the good ice-maker but hey that is just my opinion. Fridge cools down pretty good but not great. Shelves are very sturdy but drawers are kind of flimsy when full. Only other complaint is the water dispenser is very slow. To be fair though I have not called yet about this issue so it may be correctable. All in all it's a very good and sleek looking fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Got this fridge even after reading negative reviews. Fridge runs very quietly as does the ice maker. A big plus compared to our previous fridge. The ice dispenser does kick the ice out quite far but once we figured out what angle to hold the cup at the issue was solved.

This product looks great. Has lots of storage. Great lighting. Outside water. Crushed ICE cubed ice all works excellent. Shelves pull out for extra ease. Freezer is Great you can see all your freezer items. And stack them so you know where and what you have in the freezer. Lots of room!! Love this.

Plenty of space, performs well. Lots of ice and water works even when fridge door is opened (old unit did not). Shelves slide into recesses in the interior of the fridge and are easy to pull out for cleaning (our Samsung shelves had metal hooks that latched onto rails that got rusty) this design is a zillion times better. The only downsides to this unit are that the water and ice on the door are oddly low-Not a deal breaker- and there are not enough shelves, but that's easily rectified. With another shelf and more door bins for the fridge, shelf for the freezer this unit is fabulous. All were easily ordered on Amazon. This replaced a fancy Samsung French door unit that was four times the cost and lasted less than five years with many futile repairs and issues too many to name. This Whirlpool keeps everything colds and asks nothing of me in return. That's all I want a fridge to do. I could not be happier with my purchase.

So far, I am very happy with my refrigerator. Even though It seems smaller than what I expected, it is large enough for what I need. There is adequate lighting, the cooling mechanism is very good and the exterior is very nice. In addition, the price was right! However, there is extra space at the end of the interior shelves and if you are not careful, items will fall thru the space. Also, I prefer separate ice and water dispensers as well as an automatic light which goes on when getting ice or water, but I like the ice maker in the freezer compartment. I thought about trading up to get the separate dispensers, but I did not want the ice maker in the door. Although I am not happy with the Best Buy warranty, which overlaps with the Whirlpool warranty, this is a nice refrigerator and a good buy!

Nice looking refrigerator. It works very well. Keeps everything cool at normal recommend settings, no need to low temperature. Has plenty of room for everything. Very good refrigerator for the price range. Only thing is the ice machine is loud when it is pumping water to make ice. Besides that, great refrigerator.

Love my new fridge! It's so much bigger than my last one. There are three huge drawers for produce and dairy. The water/ice function is located a little lower on the door so my five year old can get water himself. It is completely silent. I have never had a quieter fridge.

Was given this side by side as a gift from my kids. Was pleasantly surprised at how roomy the interior Fridge portion is and there is quite a bit more room in the freezer section than my old standard fridge. I love the through the door ice and water. I also love the fact that this fridge is all one color rather than one color for the front and a different color for the sides. The front is like glass and very easy to clean with a damp very soft cloth, The sides are textured. The interior fridge drawers are plastic and stick sometimes if you do not slide it in evenly, not a real problem for me. The door shelves are sturdy and adjustable, they fit more than my old fridge did. I have a large family and the fridge holds everything I need comfortably, so if you are concerned there is not a lot of room, don't be. The fridge portion is plenty roomy. Overall I am very happy with my new whirlpool. We bought from Best Buy because they had the most reasonable price and the best price for extended warranty. The delivery personnel were professional, cautious with my carpet, walls, doors and floors. Love the way this side by side looks in my kitchen!!

I read all of the negative user reviews before purchae. The majority of the complaints focused around the slow speed in making ice and the thru-the-door ice dispenser may splash ice onto the floor, if not use with care. Some other reviews commented the refrigerator compartment temperature not cold enough. As I seldom need ice or ice water from refrigerator, and considered the on sale price a very good value for a 25 cu. ft. real stainless steel door, side by side refrigerator, then made the purchase with no regrets so far, also the compressor noise is quite low and unobtrusive. One more point of my experience to share with all readers: if one follows the factory recommended temperature setting, will result in the refrigerator compartment not cold enough. I used thermometers to monitor and adjusted the temp. settings for about one week, then achieved the optimal freezer temperature at 0 degrees F and the refrigerator temperature just below 40 degrees F. My recommended setting is to turn the freezer temp. knob all the way to the left. i.e. not so cold; turn the refrigerator temp. knob to the right to mid way between 4 and 5, i.e. to the colder side, then this refrigerator will be operating at the FDA recommended cold storage temperature.

The fridge looks great and is extremely quiet. The double lights in the fridge side is great, it allows you to see things toward the bottom.

We like this fridge a lot. We have used Whirlpool for decades and they continue to make a good product. The stainless steel finish is great and the construction of the unit feels good. The handles on the door feel secure and of good quality. We enjoy the water and ice dispenser though we would like the opening to be a little bigger. That has been our only complaint.

I bought this refrigerator for our small home. The refrigerator side has a lot of room. Freezer side normal sized as side to side refrigerators go. The ice maker works wonderfully. I have it set to factory recommended settings and a jug of water in the refrigerator comes out amazingly cold. Water is dispensed not too cool. The ice dispenser does sweat sometimes so you have to wipe the drip catcher but we do live in a hot climate. Freezer makes ice ice quickly. The refrigerator looks cool and sleek in stainless steel but you will often be wiping it down so buy a stainless steel cleaner that will reject finger prints. This refrigerator, in my opinion and for the short time we have had it, is working wonderfully. Was an awesome buy and great for the price!

I wish I would have done more research before purchasing this fridge. Shows every fingerprint and is hard to clean them off. The ice maker is slow to make more ice and the cubes are small.

My wife and I are pleased with this purchase. It has the same internal space as our previous fridge (25.2 cu. ft.) but fit more easily into the cut-out space. Love the new stainless steel look in our kitchen. Our only complaint is how long it has taken to get the chemical taste out of the water and ice. Don't know if it was the filter or the lines, but we dumped gallons of water and ice out until it was gone.

You can literally spend thousands of dollars on a fridge these days, which was nice to find this whirlpool for a reasonable price. So far I've been very pleased with the quietness and features that it offers. Also, Installing the water line seem pretty straight forward. Geek Squad atleast made it seem pretty easy.

It is a good fridge. Best Buy was able to price match, so I got a pretty good deal. It does what it needs to do & has a lot of shelf space. I love the light monitor for the filter, so I know when to change it. The front of the fridge is stainless steal, so I don't recommend putting magnets straight onto the surface. It will scratch very easily. Only issue that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is the ice dispenser. It shoots ice out like crazy & some of it just ends up on the floor.
