Decent fridge for the money. It does easily take fingerprints, but for the money can deal with it. The only negative that I have found is with the water/ice dispenser. For a tall glass, you can easily get ice, but the spout for the water is in front of the ice and when you have a tall glass, it literally sprays on the front of the glass and all over the floor. Stupid design that you can not use tall glasses with. I have to stand the glass up and press the back button with my finger to avoid water going everywhere.

We purchased a 60" TV, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Best Buy's (third party company) install team had to come SIX different times to properly install our washer. All other electronics and appliances worked fine on first attempt. All the crews prior were incompetent to hook up the washer. On the 6th time Geek Squad came to finally let us know we received a "lemon" and that the machine needed to be exchanged. Huge inconvenience for my fiancée and I for the amount of times we had to take off work (costing us time and $$$) for these crews to keep coming out and not adequately finishing the job. Anthony at the Best Buy in Darien, IL was very nice and allowed us to swap out our washer and upgrade to a better machine at no additional charge for the inconvenience. It is scheduled to be installed on Wednesday so I'm hoping things workout.

I don't use the ice maker so it's not a problem for me. Love the lighting when I open the door. Good size and layout. Happy I purchased it...after lots of online research. Runs quietly.

We checked all the reviews and decided on this one. We had concerns about ice dispenser but we have had little trouble out of it.We had a cube slip out once or twice but found if we switch button to water after using ice seems to work. The crisper is better than our 25 yr old Whirlpool which this unit replaced. Doubt we get 25 yrs out of it but we really like the features and the lighting of this new model

We needed to purchase a new refrigerator when our 17 year old one died. Buying from Best Buy was easy, the sample models were clean and easily visible, the price was extremely reasonable, the salesman was very helpful, and the delivery/setup crew was great. We love our new appliance and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new one.

Great refrigerator for the price!! You get what you pay for! Ice maker can be a little loud and the freezer door has very little room but for the price it can't be beat!

It works great. It's a reliable refrigerator, low noise compared to others I've had in the past. Really happy with the color and design it has, really modern look. Lots of space inside. Great quality

Can't beat the price on this one! Does every thing it is supposed to, and does it well. I have 2 very small complaints. 1. The ice cubes are an awkwardly small size (I know big deal right? just a little weird..) 2. Really the only thing I keeping this from 5 stars, the water dispenser come out at an odd angle, and if you are not expecting it (like most guests) it tends to make a mess.

It's got all the features you would want, side freezer, cubes and crushed ice, water, decent size and keeps things cold. Two cons: no automatic light on ice machine so at night you can't see how full your cup is unless you manually turn on the light first then turn it off when through. Also, ice machine is very loud when hasn't been used in a few hours, sounds like a loud piece of machinery. With that said, works great and so far so good, would buy again.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the one door is about a half and inch taller than the other and the handle is loose. Once this is fixed, I am sure the refrigerator will be a 5 star product.

My 6 year old refrigerator stopped working and wasn’t covered by a warranty. I began shopping for a refrigerator immediately. This refrigerator was reasonable priced and the customer service was great. The delivery service was exceptional and delivered the very next day!!!!

When the refrigerator arrived it did not have a water filter. It said you had to call Whirlpool to have one sent out. I don't know why they would not just include a filter instead of having to call the manufacturer. I called Whirlpool and they said one would be mailed and I should get in within the week. When nothing arrived after 2 weeks I called back and they had no record of my call...A little disappointing. Once I installed the water filter, I expected the water to not taste like tap water, but once in a while it does. Called whirlpool again but no suggestions why that is happening. Overall the refrigerator is good and quiet except for the ice maker which is a little loud.

We had to have our first refrigerator exchanged with another new refrigerator within the first week. The water and ice dispenser are not great. We have to hold the water/ice lever back with our hand for it to fill the glass. Crushed ice shoots out everywhere. The only thing that works is a 44oz. Gas Station Cup with ice not shooting out. Unfortunately, this is the only modell we can due to color and size. I would NOT recommend this to a friend.

The through the door ice dispenser is pretty messy, I would rethink this option if I were to do it again.

The refrigerator is great it holds a lot there's a lot of space however the icemaker can't keep up with the amount of ice and water that we use. This is disappointing because that is one of the main reasons we bought this refrigerator. My kids love the water in the door but the ice doesn't keep up.

I read multiple reviews before making this purchase. It was on sale for $898 so I couldn't pass that deal up. Many folks seemed to complain about ice spilling everywhere but I haven't had that problem at all. Maybe they weren't using a glass that covered the spout but I haven't had ice spew everywhere. If folks had a problem with crushed ice then use cubed ice. Problem solved. People also complained of the refrigerator being loud when water fills up. I don't find it to be loud or annoying in any way. I mean it's not going to be completely silent. I didn't see a need to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a refrigerator since they all essentially do the same thing. I'm happy with my choice in picking this refrigerator.

This appears to be a good fridge. IT takes around 3 or 4 days before it is cold enough to make ice. IT always puts water of ice on the floor if you use the outlet on the door.

Purchased this refrigerator after our 10 year old Whirlpool died on Memorial Day weekend. Fortunately, we were able to get a good sale price, same brand, and our first stainless steel appliance. Customer service was great from point of sale to delivery and installation. We have had the fridge for approximately two weeks. At first, it would roll forward when opening doors and make a high-pitched noise but both of these problems were resolved when filling up the fridge with food. We also placed some small rubber stoppers in front of wheels for added measure. It cools very well, especially the freezer, and it is very spacious. This refrigerator was a great buy and the first of many future stainless steel kitchen appliance purchases at Best Buy.

I chose this model because of its features and looks. It does just what it is supposed to do. Nothing more and nothing less. The appearance is very sleek and clean. The water and ice system works well. As with any ice dispenser, you need to keep the glass/cup up close to avoid pieces of ice from falling to the floor. This is typical with all models including higher end units. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.
