We love it! If you keep the container close to the ice dispenser, the ice will not spray on the floor. The water will run down the front but it is because there is no lip to keep it there. When you open the door, the force causes the leftover water to run. I do feel that the ice maker is slow, even when using the fast ice.

We bought this model after comparing many different brands. This replaced our 20 yr. old Kenmore. So far we have been very pleased and it works perfectly. Very nice features, plenty of storage space, very well laid out for all your needs, and the LED lights inside are very bright and helpful. Great value.

We have owned this model for 18 months and will have the sixth service call soon. Problems include broken fan, broken defroster, broken evaporator, and faulty seals. Our produce molds and rots within days despite using the filter packs. The ice maker works inconsistently. The unit does not defrost properly. When new problems arise, it becomes unbearably loud. The freezer runs 10-15 degrees too warm. The design is poor in that you must open both doors to retrieve anything from the lowest tray, meaning you lose all the cool air. Our experience with the manufacturer to try to repair or replace the unit has been the worst.

This is a fantastic fridge, plenty of space. the adjustable shelves and collapsing shelves are perfect, the freezer has plenty of space, and the filtered water tastes amazing even when coming from natural well water. The Ice maker is quiet, speedy and having it on the door saves a lot of shelf space.

We bought this months ago as our old GE one was dying. Love everything about it except for the water and ice dispenser. The interior is really nice and spacious. The drawer for produce keeps the produce fresh for extended period of times. The interior light is soft white so it's easy on the eyes when you open it. It does not make weird noises as it's running, our old one used to. Water and ice dispenser is too loud. Bottom compartment seems a little crowded. It took some getting.

Purchased this fridge as part of a kitchen remodel. I couldn't be more pleased. Plenty of space, VERY bright and nicely sized freezer. Love it!

love the french door fridge with ice maker and the chest. a bit spacey, but worth it.

I thought there was something wrong with the compressor because it is so loud when it runs. A service man came, but said that the noise is normal. There is nothing he could do about it. Since, there was nothing that he could find wrong, I got the $100 invoice for the service call, consistent with Whirlpool's warranty. So, I get to pay for hearing the compressor whine forever. I am not happy at all.

This is a very pretty refrigerator. At first it didn't cool enough, but now I believe it was because it was laid down on the way to my house. Also the pocket where the ice goes into the door leaks a tiny little bit. Haven't bothered to even Google it. It has been a great Fridge.

After 13 months, the ice maker started leaking which lead to fridge and freezer not cooling, water leaking inside the unit and a frozen motor. Long story short, so far I've paid over $800 in repairs and another $350 for a service agreement through whirlpool and after having a technician come to my house 11 times, we still do not have a fix for this thing. It will be 2 years old in May. Technician told me the best thing to buy is a side by side fridge, he rarely has to repair them. He said he usually spends 90% of his day repairing french door fridges.

We have a 15 month old unit that has the same issues as noted by many others. Started leaking from the ice maker at the same time the fan became very loud. Had the service guy come out and it needs repairs for the leaking ice maker and fan and possibly other parts. Ridiculous for a refrigerator that is slightly over a year old to require so many repairs and cost so much to repair. Do not buy!

Good product! Purchased online and picked it up at store. Have been used for several months and everything was fine.

I had this refrigerator for 22 months and I noticed a loud humming noise one day. The next day, the ice maker started leaking all over. The serviceman that came out said this model's ice maker usually goes out within a year or two.

5 months ago I bought a 36 inch wide French door refrigerator MODEL WRF75SDEMO1 and 3 months problem started, with the gates are rusting, it's not cooling. The company did not want to change it, they pocketed the money and now the solution that company offering is patch inside and out with only 5 months of use. They have repair 2 times..I bought at BEST BUY the refrigerator have warranty and they don't want to change

For the price the fridge is just ok. The rear of the fridge tends to freeze products instead of just keeping them cold. I don't like that you can't use water/ice maker on left door when right door is open. The doors also seem to slam shut knocking everything in the door selves over. Needs work for the price.

I love it but I have been having a few issues with

Refrigerator stopped cooling after only 3 years. Compressor and evaporator had to be replaced. Ice production slow even with fast ice feature. I redid my enter kitchen with Whirlpool products and wish I went with another brand. DO NOT BUY!!!

Compressor went out twice under the original warranty. Bought the extended warranty because of so many problems and guess what it is bad again. Do not buy Whirlpool
