When our old refrigerator died, the repairman suggested we get a Whirlpool to replace it. We like everything about this Whirlpool refrigerator. The exterior (we chose the stainless steel model) the interior layout, the shelving, the door storage, the ice maker, everything! The water/ice/crushed ice through the door is handy and efficient, Whirlpool really put a lot of design/engineering into this unit, and it certainly paid off. Best Buy's delivery and installation crew was top-notch! Careful and knowledgable, they explained everything we needed to know to get our new refrigerator prepared to use, and how to do routine cleaning and water filter changing. We're totally happy with our new refrigerator and glad we went with Best Buy!

Looks great and has lots of room. I like the pizza storage space in the freezer. I have not had any issues with the ice or water. The reason it is not great is one of the compressors makes a loud high pitch noise when it comes on. It's not something I can't deal with, but I shouldn't have to deal with it on a brand new fridge.

Just what we were looking for....lots of space! We love it

We really like this unit. It's made in America which was very important to my husband. He wants all of the lost manufacturing jobs to come back home. The unit is very quite, we can hardly hear it run and we really like the open space with the doors open. We still getting used to the lower freezer (we had a side-by-side for years) but we think we'll learn to like it. We really like the pizza storage in the freezer.

Great looking fridge with plenty of storage. Ice maker in the door gives it even more inside room. We are having a problem with the water dispenser not working, apparently caused by the filter. Geek Squad is working on the problem though

This is my 1st fridge like this so all I can compare it to is a traditional style fridge. I've never had one with an ice or water dispenser either. That being said, I only have 3 issues. The compressor is excessively noisy in my opinion but I've gotten used to it. The freezer is a bit awkward and does require some creativity for bulky items. The larger issue is the ice dispenser. When dispensing crushed ice, it has a tendency to pepper the floor with little pieces of ice. We try to keep the glass snug where the ice comes out and move away slowly. It helps some. Again, I've never had this type of fridge before so I don't know if this is a common issue or not. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

After spending a couple weeks reading countless reviews, I chose to purchase this whirlpool refrigerator. I am completely happy with the purchase. For the price, I couldn't find a better model that offered everything the whirlpool does. I shopped around for the best price and was pleased when Best Buy was able to beat their competition by 10%. They delivered and installed as well leaving me very satisfied. Only critique I have is that the ice dispenser can be a bit messy. No big deal as a few ice chips on the kitchen floor every now and then could hardly be a deal breaker for everything this fridge has to offer. Highly recommend.

We bought this refrigerator to replace our 19 year old side by side, and I really wanted another side by side. But when I looked at this one at the store, I was amazed at the storage for the freezer, and I really liked the lighting in this one, so we bought it. We wanted to stay with Whirlpool because all of our old appliances are Whirlpool and they have been fantastic! The fridge is quiet, it just has new noises to get used to. Read the manual and you won't have the problems others are listing.

I've always had a side by side refrigerator, so when I decided to get a new one I went with the French Door refrigerator. I'm very happy with my new refrigerator. Best Buy was great, and the free delivery was excellent.

Love it! This is my first new refrigerator in 21 years. I love the inside, lighting, storage options and ease of use. What I don't care for it it is some of the sounds it makes. When the compressor kicks on it seems to be louder than I would have thought. Its not disturbing but my last fridge it was almost silent and when I get water from the door it makes a noise towards the top of the unit. I would buy it again and I am happy with it, those were just a surprise but by no means disturbing.

Absolutely love it! Its very spacious and quiet! I love all the shelves and how they can be changed to my personal needs! Love it!

Good frig so far. Motor is a little louder than it should be. Lots of room and I love the split shelves inside.
