The Dishwasher itself works great, very quiet, plenty of room, good selections based on load size and type of cycle you want to run. The BOX it came in however, had some damage to it that followed through to the dishwasher itself. It took a long time to get due to manufacturer backlog(ordered end of October), so I didn’t want to waste time trying to get a replacement.

So silent when it's washing that I have to tie a ribbon on the handle to remind me that it is in a wash cycle.

Does the job we’ll Whirlpool compared to any other manufacturer is superior at every price point.

So it's been 30 years since I bought a dishwasher... the old one doesn't owe me a penny! I am very impressed at how quiet this dishwasher is. My dishes are sparkling, and as a single person, I only run the dishwasher about once/week. I give dishes a quick rinse to get off the big stuff before putting them in the dishwasher, but don't rinse super well, as I understand the detergent needs some residue there to work its best. The normal cycle takes about 3 hours, which seems counterintuitive to being energy efficient, but I'm told that's how it works. My new energy efficient washing machine takes about an hour and a quarter to do a normal load, too. My old one took 45 minutes, tops.

Had a problem trying to start dishwasher. Called whirlpool, read the manual, cheked on you tube, and could not start dishwasher. Called Best Buy to return the item and was told it would be available in January which I agreed to, but the supervisor never called me back. Fortunately my daughgter ame to town and sugested I hit cancel and drain to start the dishwasher which solved the problem. Very confusing, but now I am satisfied with the dishwasher. It is ver quiet, cleans well and dishes come out dry with use of rinse aid. If it werent for the poor instructions I would give it 5 star rating

Very pleased with this unit. I got it on sale for 399. Because of the pandemic I had to install it my self. Very straight forward, not technically difficult. Note-the water connection on the dishwasher is 3/8 inch, my old house had a 1/2 inch water line connection so I needed an adapter. Just make sure the install kit you buy has adapters with it, the one I bought didn’t. This dishwasher is very quiet, I can only hear it if I’m right next to it. The dishes come out clean and totally dry. ( I do use a rinse aid). I usually use the standard cycle with heat dry and it takes about 3 hours. There is a quick 1 hour cycle for small loads but I haven’t used it yet. Whirlpool dishwashers are rated very high for reliability. Even higher than Maytag which I replaced after 20 years. I highly recommend this this machine.

Very nice dishwasher. Quite easy to load and unload and offers enough room. Cleans well as well as dry.

Very happy with the purchase. The dishes are clean and hot when using the sanitize dry options. Very quiet also. Liked the metal door. My only minor complaint is the water connection is a plastic fitting, which makes the threading of the water adaptor connection a precarious one, a miss thread and a the fitting gets ruined. Whirlpool if you are listening go to metal. Otherwise love the washer. P.S. everyone seems to use plastic.

Hated to wait so long for this dishwasher to be delivered, but it was worth the wait! Love the look and features. I always had an issue with my old one having the top rack not being low enough for taller drink ware. That's my favorite part with this one! Runs quietly and washes great.

I like the dishwasher and the Geeks did a real nice job installing it. I am very satisfied. It is really quiet and we can tell a big difference already in his the dishes get clean.

Had a Frigidaire dishwasher that was manufactured about 15 years ago. Replaced the motor two years ago. Nevertheless, the top sprayer inconsistently cleaned the dishes even after I removed the little ball that diverts the water top and bottom. Got tired of washing dishes before and after the wash cycle, so did online reviewing and settled on this dishwasher. I love it. Simple instructions, gets the dishes clean, and much more quiet than the Frigidaire. My daughter and I got it swapped out in a few hours. Wish I would have switched it out sooner.

Easy to use and versatile dishwasher. Expandable top shelf makes it more convenient and adds extra space. Quiet while operating.

quieter than expected and very easy installation. Some of the parts feel a little cheap, such as the buttons. You have to press the exact center of the buttons. The top rack is somewhat resistant as you take it out and oush it back in. It leaves some soap film on your glasses even with the sani-rinse and using less detergent. It almost seems like they build dishwashers these days to use less water as if legislated to do so...

An excellent dishwasher. Very quiet and thoroughly cleans the dishes. The only complaint is the normal cycle takes 3 hours and 8 minutes to complete.

We have been very pleased with our dishwasher. It cleans well and is very quiet.

I have no complaints. Very quiet and gets the job done way better than my ancient Whirlpool I had.

Arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition. It works well with minimal noise. I typically open my dishwashers after the cycle is complete (I use the 1 hour wash), shake off contents, and run the drain for the two minutes. I have had no problem with contents being wet. An added bonus is the handle in front for opening/closing and hanging a hand towel. I purchased it in white and couldn’t be happier. I was also able to put two large cookie baking tins on the bottom rack, tilted slightly, without a problem. I always keep the top rack on the highest setting.

Does a great job on cleaning the dishes and the price was good for the brand.
