I had a GE portable dishwasher before this one and was not happy that it only lasted 5 years. But this Whirlpool is set up much nicer. I can put more pots, pans, and dishes in the bottom rack and I can also put more taller items in the top rack with the washing arm placements.

I am very pleased with my new dishwasher. It is very quiet.

we satisfied with the quality but water connecting hose look adopter flimsy. i hope the plastic water connecting adopter will last long.

Have had dishwasher for a couple of months. It works great. Does a good job washing dishes. Top drawer is super which is a win - win. Glue glasses can now be washed in to rack instead of bottom. The only thing I miss is a way to tell in which portion of the wash cycle in in & /or how much time a left.

Overall very happy with this purchase. Very easy to use right from the beginning, No problems at this point.

We have had this dishwasher for a little over a year and have not had any issues with it. It does a good job washing and drying the dishes.

Great replacement appliance-delivery was the only issue

The dishwasher is very attractive and does an excellent job of cleaning. It is fairly quiet. However, the bottom rack is very flimsy: I didn't look inside the unit first when it was delivered. I should have: one of the roller assemblies for the bottom rack was broken. We were able to fasten it on with zip ties. I put it through a wash cycle last night. When I went to unload it I gently pulled out the bottom rack (you have to be very, very careful with that bottom rack!) and a plastic wheel from a different roller assembly (there are four of the assemblies in total, two on each side of the rack) broke off. Annoying! My old dishwasher was a Sears Kenmore and 25 years old with never a problem until recently. So now I'm going to have to go online and try to buy replacement wheel units for my brand new dishwasher. I ordered this product online Nov. 7 2018 and didn't receive it until Dec. 29, 2018. That seems to me like a really long time to wait for something that arrived with broken parts. It's a good dishwasher but if you buy one make sure you thoroughly check the inside, especially the bottom rack, before you sign for the delivery. The Geek Squad delivery process was somewhat irritating as well: DAILY robocalls (I am NOT exaggerating) saying that "delivery needs to be rescheduled". These continued for 3 days AFTER the product had been delivered. I called yesterday and told them to knock it off. They actually did reschedule the delivery one time, but the rest of the calls were just annoyance calls.

I haven't had a dishwasher in 10 years and I am loving this one.

It’s leaking from underneath during our third load.

I previously had a Whirlpool portable dishwasher in a model they no longer make. It ended up needing too many repairs (after almost 15 years usage) so it was time to replace it. I made the mistake of doing a lease-to-own from another company for a different brand portable - never again! (I can't name the store or brand due to review guidelines but the store name starts with an "S" and the brand starts with a "K" - you can probably guess which). I called them to come pick it up, came on Best Buy's website and ordered this Whirlpool portable dishwasher. The difference in cleaning from the other brand model to this is no comparison. This beats it hands down! I always had to re-wash dishes with the other, and even with heated dry they were NEVER dry. This Whirlpool model holds a large amount of dishes, and the utensil holder is even bigger than the older Whirlpool model I'm replacing. The machine runs quietly, and the dishes came out clean, dry and streak free the first wash! I'm a die-hard Whirlpool Dishwasher advocate! I also had the best shopping and delivery experience through Best Buy - the ordering was easy, the delivery was on time, and the delivery personnel were exemplary. This is a great buy and I highly recommend.

I have purchased this I portable dishwasher because our kitchen doesn’t have a slot for a built-in dishwasher. This specific dishwasher can be converted into a built-in as we are planning to remodel our kitchen soon. I had to drill a hole through the cabinets to reroute the power cord, the drain hose and the hot water hose underneath the sink because the hose that came with it, as well as the adapter for the faucet is not compatible with our faucet. Overall, whirlpool appliances do last longer if taken care of properly.

Bought this to replace an older portable dishwasher. It worked great for a few months. Then it stopped working completely. Now its just a microwave tabletop.

Paid a significant amount of money for this machine and it stopped draining very quickly into owning it. I’ve had dishwashers all my life and NEVER had a single issue. Please do not buy anything whirlpool! They are ripping people off!!
