My new dishwasher is awesome. I have a 150 year old house and could only use a portable for the last 15 years. Finally got time to cut out the under sink spot for this new one. Its measurements I read before i bought it were accurate. It runs quiet and efficient. It was half the price as a portable, and 10x the convenience and features, including the delay which works well since I have my wife and 3 teenagers who take alot of showers that I don't have to interrupt now. Everything comes out sparkling clean, sanitized and dry! Alot of room for alot of dishes.. good idea with the utensil holder. Times are tough but this was very affordable and doable for me.Thanks for your technology and great machine.

During COVID19 times is it difficult to find a fast solution to an appliance problem. This dishwasher is a great purchase option. Reasonable value, very good performance. Easy to use, clasic design, pretty quiet, cleans very well. Again, very good option for the balance of price - performance. We think it can have a better drying function. But we can always invest 20 seconds and just retouch with a paper towel.

For the price, it is a great machine. Pretty quiet. Cleans well. Not sure if I like the silverware tray placement. It comes loose from the door too easily. And the door wants to tilt up unless there are dishes in the bottom rack holding it down while the rack is pulled out. I would buy another.

Loads easily, front control panel convenience, quiet enough for us, does a great job of cleaning. The unit is attractive. A special compliment to the young man who installed it. He explained things clearly, worked with confidence, left no mess, and the whole install was done very quickly. Highly recommend this unit, and Best Buy.

I went without a dishwasher for years, and I've never been so excited over a major appliance. This dishwasher did not disappoint. It's quiet, it's easy to use, and my dishes are spotless. I haven't tried any pots and pans yet, but we do have a lot of bowls caked with chili and other hard-to-clean items. I haven't had to put one back in yet. The silverware compartment is in the door, so there's more space for the dishes. It also comes out or opens up for easy use. Two things to note, not necessarily as drawbacks but unexpected. it doesn't actually lock, but it always seals when it's closed, so it's not an issue. Also, it doesn't save your selections, so you have to choose every time.

As mentioned, for the price it’s a great value. Fairly easy to install, although the water connection was different than old (not copper on dishwasher). Fairly quiet and seemed to clean dishes okay.

I am loving my new Whirlpool dishwasher. I looked specifically for one that allows me to put the silverware basket on the door. (can also be put inside.) This is the only model I could find and I'm very happy with it. There is so much room for the dishes. The tines are reasonably spaced on both racks. I have heard quieter dishwashers but this one is not noisy. I like the controls on the outside, they are somewhat small for elderly eyes. Dishes are coming out clean. Only drawback is the silverware basket on the door doesn't dry completely. Water residue is behind it when you take it out. The utensils are damp in spots but not dripping. If you use the air dry setting the whole interior is wet but the dishes are dry. I'm very happy with my selection. This is my second one....we moved to a new place and I wanted the same model. Had the other one for 4 years before we moved without any problems.

The dishwasher cleans great. Easy to use. It was easy to install by myself. Looks simple and clean when installed.

I had originally purchased a Whirlpool 24 inch dishwasher from another company. It was back ordered and when first one was finally delivered it was internally damaged. The replacement, was also back ordered and the day it was finally supposed to be delivered, they called and said that when they put it on the truck and checked it, it was found to be damaged, as well. Enough of that, we had already been without a dishwasher for over a month. I had purchased other things from Best Buy and had been satisfied with those purchases, and had found they really stuck by their sales. We had to return a microwave and there was no difficulty at all. I was so pleased by the service. My only problem, was that given the problem with the Whirlpools, I really wanted to talk to a local salesperson, about their experiences. Being that my mobility is limited, I wanted to talk to our local San Rafael store. I had a terrible time trying to get to that local store. Apparently all their incoming calls are routed through Santa Rosa, and on that particular day, they were not rerouting anything, going to a voice mail, that no one ever responded to, EVER. I did find a local number by visiting Best Buy home site, but think this whole way of doing business is ridiculous. Once connected with the San Rafael store, I found them to be extremely helpful and professional, just what I was looking for. And, wonder of wonder, the dishwasher would be delivered in three days. It was, and the delivery people were also very professional, making sure that all was in order before they left. We had it installed by our wonderful appliance man the next day, and spent 3 days washing many dishes from cabinets, enjoying the sound of it working and water swooshing inside the marvelous electrical working appliance. I had not originally ordered this model, but another one from Whirlpool (had a Whirlpool prior) . That was the first damaged one delivered by another company. In looking at it, I didn't like that the silverware basket was in the bottom rack, not on the door. It really cut down drastically on the room for dishes. The walls were already thicker, to cut down on noise. The bottom rack of that model would hold only a few plates and bowls. This model is working out really well for us. It has a 1 hour wash cycle, which covers most of our loads. Sometimes the a few of the dishes are still damp, but a quick swipe of a towel takes care of that. All in all, great purchase, should have started with our local store first, would have saved us over a month of hand washing dishes! Thank you Best Buy, and especially our local San Rafael store.

I'm very happy with purchasing this Whirlpool dishwasher, from how easy it was to get it through Best Buy, to the easy pickup from the store, to installing this dishwasher myself! It comes with clear instructions and a online instructional video if you need a visual helper. I'm very happy with how quiet it runs and how it does a very nice job with cleaning the dishes since we have such hard water. I'm pleased with the simple features it has to operate, makes it easy to use and less of a chance for things to fail. Very Happy!!

This Whirlpool - 24" Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher - Monochromatic Stainless-Steel is a great dishwasher. It is quiet and clean my dishes well. Great for the price and it looks nice.

Gorgeous, quiet, roomy, works great. Great deal for what you get. Top and Bottom spray.

This is a very good dishwasher for the price. We haven't had any issues with it. It works great and cleans very well. It's also very quiet and simple to use. Wasn't looking for anything fancy or high end and have been very pleased with how well this one performs. If I had any issues it would be that the outside of the stainless door does show prints and water stains easy. Easy clean up though with soap and water. I would definitely recommend.

It is quite, quick and cleans very well. Lots of room to load dishes including pots and pans. Doesn’t leave water marks on glasses. Easy to clean

I love my dishwasher! It is very easy to clean and doesn't show fingerprints badly. There is plenty of room, and it runs quietly. I love that it has a light indicating when the dishes are clean, that way people in the house know when they are safe to unload the dishwasher. I still have to prop the door open to finish drying the dishes, but it dries better than my previous dishwashers and using a rinseaid has helped!

The sales staff made the purchase easy - very helpful. Excellent machine - easy to install and it does all that the manufacturer promised it would do. It is quite and accomplishes all the requisite functions better than advertised. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new or replacement dishwasher.

Washes dishes well. Easy to use. Great value. Nice look.

We have had this dishwasher for 6 months now and it's been great! The dishes get real clean. The heat dry has been great, the dishes come out nice and dry and dishes shiny clean. We also have well water so for this dishwasher to be working this great for the price, I love it! It's also very spacious. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because it doesn't have stainless tub.
